Doxtel Care Agency is an uncaring care agency whose staff are not using their real names but using Western European names. They say their African names are too difficult to say so they are using Western European names. They are not difficult to pronouce. The Agency and Staff are from Africa. Mainly from Ghana but have recently started saying they are from Belgian. This agency is full of liars They are hiding behind Western European names for tax reasons and because of the cruel and indifferent way they treat us. We generate the money for this home and without it they would not have a job or pay. We prefer our own kind -British indigenous to work at this home in Ripley in Derbyshire. People won't work here because the Pakistani man given this care and nursing home by Boris Johnson's government, would rather pay Doxtel Care agency staff to work here, at a higher rate of pay than he has been giving to English indigenous staff. Time we eliminated third world crooks from our care and nursing homes and our country. Belguim is not a real country but fake like the staff at this agency.
