amazing product, service and delivery
This is not my first Doxy wand and won’t be my last, as this is my all time favourite toy. I love the deep rumble and this wand never fails me 😊. First time buying from Doxy direct though and it’s been a fantastic service as I was able to customise my own wand, how amazing is that. Also only took a week to have it made and couriered to Australia. Thank you for all the orgasms Doxy!!

Fast shipping, Doxy surpasses others
Fast shipping and the sale definitely made it easier on my wallet. My old doxy die cast lasted about four years and I tried to replace it with a magic wand. Not even comparable, had to order a new doxy die cast. I love it.

Broke first use.
Well, my custom purple doxy had the metal collar seperate on first use. It appears the collar was hotglued in place. For $250.00 that is quality work. This is the second doxy product I have owned that has broken within a week of owning. The USB doxy is still holding on though. I recieved that one for free. Previously I had bought another doxy3 diecast. They have amazing power, but the build quality continues to baffle me for the price.

The first item arrived broken, I contacted customer service and they were super quick to send out a replacement item at no charge. The new item is great, I highly recommend!

Exorbitant Cost for Return Shipping
After receiving the Die Cast R, I was disappointed by its size, weight, and bulky design, leading me to inquire about returning the item. The customer service was excellent, with the representative being highly responsive throughout our email exchange.
However, when I visited my local post office in Houston, TX, I was shocked to discover that the return shipping cost would be $300 (return shipping to UK). Upon reviewing Doxy’s return policy, I found no indication that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. This is a notable omission, as customers should be clearly informed that, even if a product qualifies for return, they must bear the shipping costs—which, in this case, far exceed the price of the product itself.
This lack of transparency leaves customers at a disadvantage and adds an unexpected financial burden to what should be a straightforward return process. Clear communication regarding return shipping fees is essential, and in this instance, the high cost not only makes returning the product impractical but also undermines the overall customer experience. I hope Doxy will reconsider its policy and ensure future customers are better informed about potential return costs.

Our website does outline that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we also note that there is a 15% restocking fee for returns after dispatch. We will certainly review how this information is presented to ensure it’s as clear and accessible as possible.
Regarding the size and weight of the Die Cast R, we do provide this information on the product page, including a size comparison chart. We understand that the size and weight may not have met your expectations and we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
If the product has not been opened and is still shrink-wrapped, you can return it to our US warehouse, with a restocking fee. However, if the product has been opened, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund in this case.
We appreciate your understanding and feedback, which helps us improve our service and communication.

The charging sucks
The charging sucks, for 250 dollars i should have to mess with the angle of the charger inserted and mess around after the fact .. I was expecting this to be my favorite wand but because it's so annoying to charge i've only used it a couple times
