The Tech was polite,friendly and knowledgeable.H spoke to me throughout the tests informing me what was wrong and what was needed-even taking pictures.As to the DPF he showed me the results before and after his work.

Hi the engineer Lewis i think his name was i am deaf in one ear talked us through the process before he started so we fully understood what was happening DPF almost fully clogged up very good and polite talking to us every step of the way making changes to my review now car only lasted 8 days before going in to limp mode again dpf blocked again contacted company by email because i took out the extra 3 months warranty i have been completely ignored for a second clean on dpf so dont waste your money on warranty they dont honour it find another company that you can trust

Very pleased with the service. The engineer explained what work was needed and completed the job in a timely manner.

The guy i had visit (Adam) was great and seemed knowledgeable. I opted for the £500 package as it came with 12 mth warranty but it seems there are lots of conditions and probably a mistake. Told I needed a new DPF sensor which they quoted to supply at £500!!! CRAZY it sits on top of the engine and took me 10 minutes to remove and ive never done it. £100 to fit ... really. Too early to say if clean has been effective. A bit disappointed from a company that Harold "specialist".
