Useless!!!
I bought a pair of earbuds for my husband and within 4 months they LITERALLY fell apart!! wires cracked open, and the resting place for the right earbud, came apart, like 2 pieces, held on by a wire, till that gave.
The first time I called I spoke to "Zach", he was beyond rude!! started yelling at me "how am i supposed to help you without a model number"(which there was none on what's left of the earbuds. I told him that the company was useless and hung up. He actually had the edacity to CALL ME BACK and yell at me that he cant help me without the model number and the company is not useless, I hung up. I got the model number from the company I purchased it from, called Digital Products International again and got "Zach" again. I asked to speak to someone else which he argued with me, yelling again and talking over me. I finally had to tell him I was the customer and when a customer asks to speak to another agent or supervisor he is to do so. He finally transferred me.
I went through all of this only to learn that they wont honor their warranty as it has damage. When things fall apart, there is usually damage.
I highly recommend you NOT to purchase anything from this company!! Rude, condescending, and in a nutshell, useless like I told Zach.
And I ordered the earbuds through Fingerhut, so make sure if you order something thru them the manufacture is not iLive
