He completed his specialization training at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. In 2018, he was awarded the title of FEBOPRAS (Fellow of European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons) by the European Association of Plastic Surgeons. With his 10 years of plastic surgery experience, he is intensely interested in facelift, nose aesthetics, facial feminization surgeries in facial aesthetics, tummy tuck, liposuction, body shaping in body aesthetic surgery, and breast aesthetic surgeries. During his career, he attended many scientific meetings and took part in the organization's committees. He is a permanent member of TPRECD, EPCD, and ISAPS. He plays classical and electric guitar. He is a poet and a songwriter. He has written more than a hundred songs and poems. He has an academic degree in English and is fluent in Spanish and French.

I had one of best experiences with Dr Mehmet-MFO , had breast surgery with lift and implants replacement, everything went very well and I was already moving around after 24 h. I highly recommend Dr MFO ❤️❤️❤️

Coming from another country was not easy, We did not know what to expect. We put our trust into Dr. MFO and we’re so happy we did! They helped us feel so comfortable and we trusted the entire process. The whole team was there to help out in every way! We love Dr. Okyay and his amazing staff! Thank you over and over! ❤️

Best surgeon, had FFS & body surgery
Had FFS, jaw shaving and contouring, scar revision on my tummy and skin removed under my arms. Dr Okyay is the only doctor I’d trust to touch my face or body in future. To say he is a fantastic surgeon is an understatement. He uses techniques/technology other surgeons don’t even know exists. And to top it all of, he is a kind and empathetic person

Ich habe mir im März 2022 meine Brüste von Herrn Dr.
MFO operieren lassen Das Ergebnis ist der Wahnsinn und ich bin unendlich glücklich. Die Beratung war sehr auf meinen Wunsch ausgerichtet und so, dass die neuen Brüste auch zu meinem Typ passen. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und es war sofort ein vertrauensvolles Verhältnis da. Dr MFO ist ein hervorragender Arzt mit einem mit viel Fachwissen und einem extrem guten Auge für ästhetik.
1 Jahr nach der Op bin ich wunschlos glücklich und sehr dankbar
