I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cazares! I actually fly to Puerto Vallarta from the USA every six months specifically to see him for my Botox and filler, and it is absolutely worth the trip. I have been doing this for years. I have many friends and even my very handsome brother who trusts the doctor to make us more fabulous.
One of the things I appreciate most is how accommodating he is with my travel schedule. He always makes the process easy and works with me to make sure I can get my treatments when I’m in town. As my skin has gotten older, I’ve become much more particular about who I trust with my face, and he consistently makes me look refreshed, youthful, and amazing without ever making me look overdone.

His work is incredibly natural. He has such a good eye for balance and knows exactly how to enhance my features while still keeping me looking like myself. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed rather than like I’ve had “work” done.

And honestly, his prices are unbeatable for the quality of care and results he provides. I’ve tried different providers over the years, and I’m more than happy to fly from the USA to Puerto Vallarta every six months just to have him take care of my face.

If you’re considering Botox or filler or other services, I highly recommend him. He is talented, professional, accommodating, and truly cares about making his patients look their absolute best. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!

It has been 4 years since I have been treated by Doctor Cazares , for years I couldn’t find someone to trust anymore , due to bad experiences with different doctors in the US, he has done multiple treatments like C02, microdermabrasion, sculptra, hair loss, etc..All of them 100% satisfied! As a flight attendant for a major U.S. airline for more than two decades, I’ve logged a lot of miles and spend a great deal of time interacting with people professionally and personally. Maintaining a fresh, youthful appearance is important to me, and Dr. Cazares has consistently helped me achieve that without ever looking overdone or unnatural.

Dr. Cazares is professional, personable, and always accommodating of my busy travel schedule. His pricing in Mexican pesos is also very reasonable, without the kind of tourist markup you sometimes encounter. He is completely bilingual in English and Spanish, which makes the experience especially easy and comfortable.

I know several other flight attendants who have made visiting Dr. Cazares a regular part of their self-care routine, and I can certainly understand why. My partner, who lives locally in Puerto Vallarta, has also recently started receiving treatments from Dr. Cazares after seeing the results I've had over the years, and has been very happy as well.
