However , when ring was collected , I expected the jeweller to come out and check that the job was satisfactory and ring now fitted correctly
a 2 minute check and then his staff could complete the transaction

Reception & service given to two elderly folk with a relatively minor repair item was absolutely top class. The finished product, and fitting, made us immensely happy. There is no doubt any further need for items for purchase or repair will lead us back to Dracakis at Mosman. Our many thanks to the friendly & competent staff.

I recently purchased an engagement ring at Dracakis Warringah Mall and I’m very happy to say Nick and the team were simply marvellous from my first enquiry, all the way through to the resizing of the ring with my now-fiancé.

I visited a number of other jewellers in my quest for the perfect ring, but it was at Dracakis where all the staff were both so helpful and genuinely excited about my future engagement. As a typical male I had little idea about what I wanted or even the basics when it came to engagement rings, however Nick especially showed great patience and experience in helping me with my decision.

Most importantly, my fiancé absolutely adores the ring and diamond, and was blown away with what a great job I did ‘without any help’…. Fortunately for me I had plenty of help, and therefore 100% recommend Nick and the Dracakis team if you’re looking for exceptional quality jewellery with outstanding customer service.

Dracakis recently replaced a missing stone and rodium plated my engagement ring. The ring was like new! They are a trustworthy business who provide excellent service and craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

The gentleman that served me was very knowledgeable, He was courteous an extremely helpful to the point that I will go back when I am looking to purchase quality jewelry.
(The only reason I do not shop there a lot is that I live in Wollstonecraft).

I couldn’t wear my fabulous Bvlgari ring because it had become too small because of arthritis. I asked if I could have it stretched and was told that they could go up one size but would try two sizes. They rang me and said they would only go one as they were concerned the gold would tear. I got the ring back and it was amazing. Looked like it was the original one I had been given. No trace that work had been done on it. Very impressed indeed!
