I did have an issue with my order but the customer service was great and got my issue resolved in a timely manner. The slides themselves do fit a little snug but are still very comfortable.

Got my slides really quickly and they were in amazing quality, they gave me a ton of free gifts and are constantly releasing new promo codes. I will definitely be buying again.

I bought 2 pairs sizes 5-6 and 11-12 & they both came true to size I wear a 5 & they fit perfect!! They’re hella soft & comfortable too. They came super fast as well ts took like less than a week.

Purchased three pairs of Draco slides…
Purchased three pairs of Draco slides as Christmas gifts. One pair did not arrive. I reached out to customer service and I was asked to submit photos of the items I received. Since the items had already been given away as gifts ,I no longer had them to photograph. I explained this, but I have not received a response regarding a replacement or refund for the missing item as I requested. This has left me without a resolution and disappointed with the entire experience and without a pair of slides that I ordered and paid for.

We understand why sending photos was not possible since the items were gifted already, and we should have followed up with a resolution right away. Please reply here with your order number and the email you used to place the order, or message our support team with the same info, and we will get this sorted with either a replacement for the missing pair as soon as possible 💚
Some actually great slides I’m not gonna lie
I’ve personally bought and worn a few pairs of Draco slides and I have to say I actually really like them. I’ve gotten a few compliments and people always ask me “what are you wearing” and I let them know what they are. The slides are comfy and they look so cool, I’m definitely getting another pair

Do not buy Draco slides they are not true to their size. I returned them for an exchange of a larger size never heard back from them. They don’t have a 1-800 number to call never reply to my emails never got my money back or the exchange slides. Horrible company. I never received the exchange slides. I never got a refund. They stole my money.

We’ll pull up your order, confirm what happened with the return, and get your replacement pair or a proper resolution sorted out as quickly as possible.
