I did have an issue with my order but the customer service was great and got my issue resolved in a timely manner. The slides themselves do fit a little snug but are still very comfortable.

They feel like your walking on clouds , they also make it very affordable with deals always happening like buy one get one free or a discount of 20% off or higher .They are a wonderful gift overall I'd definitely spend more money on these in the future

I ordered two pairs of draco slides on Dec 8 and it ended up coming in on the 31st. Keep in mind I paid for express shipping so it’d get here before christmas. I also only received one of the pair of slides which is even more disappointing. I DMed them on instagram and on email and still no response. The slides are nice but the customer support and late shipping is ridiculous .

They do not deliver the product and force you to pay for express shipping even though they already know you are never getting them. I had to fight for a receipt through my credit card company. Never received anything. They even pretended to send me a replacement order but that never arrived either.
DONT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THEY ARE FAKE.
The company told me that the product isn't shipping and there's no way they can even guess how long it would take to receive a pair. Any positive review in the past few weeks is an outright lie.

hi again they said they would update me when my package would ship i been waiting since dec 13 now the plaid beige burberry dracos 7-8 i ordered are out of stock i emailed back and forth it was just a bot and i said if i could wait till they restocked and no answer am i ever gonna get my slides?

*UPDATE: The day after I posted this review the tracking miraculously updated and then my package was delivered in the afternoon. I suppose this could very well be an issue with the tracking site, not Draco.*
I ordered a pair of dark reflective slides and socks on December 18th. First it said I’d have them by the 24th, then it said the 26th. Today is December 29th and the tracking says it’s still pre-transit. Only a label has been created. It’s disappointing.

Got the slides for my Brother and he is enjoying them. Did take a while to get them so allow for 3-4 weeks shipping. I even like the email they send out and it lets me know that it’s not just a computerized email.

Great Poducts with amazing prices and even better customer service. Have a bunch of stuff like shirts, socks, slides, wallet, lanyard, and more and will be more in the future. It’s like the feeling of a luxury designer brand for a fraction of the price.

EDIT! STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE BACK FROM INFO@DRACOSLIDES. Meanwhile I have 2 pair of slides that dont fit, wasted $160!!
Bought two pair of slides in November, Christmas shopping for my son. Didn't give them to him until December 25th of course. Unfortunately they do not fit him. Draco will not honor an extended holiday return policy. Like mostly every other store does. Now I'm stuck with $160 and two pair of ugly slides that I would have never bought.

Copped a pair for my little brother and after seeing the quality and how comfy they were, I ended up getting myself a pair XD. Legit the best slides I’ve ever bought. You can adjust the size of it too in case you wear thicker or thinner socks with them. And yes, they are true to size :p!! I will be buying another pair in a different color. I went with the OG black for the first pairs 😝

****Update. My slides did arrive after many many many emails. My son loves them. Draco needs to do better with their shipping.
***Update. I finally recieved my order around Jan 3rd only after sending an email with the subject line including the word "trustpilot". I'm thankful I finally got the other because my son loves them. It shouldn't take a bad review to get the products you paid for.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my son for for Christmas. The website said they would be delivered by Dec 24. When I check my shipping it says it is still processing. When I emailed them, they sent back a message saying my order has shipped and is on its way. I think this company is a complete scam or simply thinks we are stupid. I can see the tracking. I can see the order status. Both say only a shipping label was created. Nothing has been shipped. I replied to the email asking for proof it was actually on its way. Now everything has gone silent. There is no phone number for me to call. I would like my $150 back since it seems like I'll never recieve my order. But with no one to talk to it seems impossible. I will continue to search for a way to get my money back. Never again!!!
Just a quick update. I recieved a response from the shipping partner confirming they are NOT in possession of my package. They have NOT yet received package from DracoSlides. Yet, just this morning I recieved an email from Draco Slides still claiming my package is in transit. This company just blatantly lied to me. I will be seeking a full refund.

It’s almost always late by four days or more, and their customer service doesn’t really make the experience any better.
Even with all that, the slides themselves are so comfy that it kind of balances things out.

I ordered slides during the buy one get one free sale in November. When I received the slides, they were too small so I filled out an online form for an exchange. That was on December 14th. I emailed them several times looking for my order. I did receive a response on December 18th stating it had been shipped with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number daily, needing the slides by Christmas Eve for my grandson. On December 22nd, they were too tracking showed delivery attempted at after 10 pm. I contacted OnTrac the delivery service and had to chat by email. I also emailed Draco back making them aware of the situation and no response! I received a email from the delivery company on 12/26 that unfortunately my merchandise was lost in transit, which is a lie because it updated daily from 12/22- 12/25, out for delivery!!! Emailed Draco again on 12/26 making them aware and also sent a screenshot of the email. I am currently waiting for a response. In the meantime, I have contacted my bank establishment. Highly Disappointed!!!!

I ordered my son slides a week and a half before Christmas. I was scared because of the bad reviews, but I still chanced it. I paid for express shipping and for protection. My son slides came on time in 5 days, few days before Christmas. Dracoslides is definitely a legit site. They probably just need a better system for people to order and receive their package. I don’t leave reviews a lot but I felt, I had to.
