I have had some very good experiences using Dragon Pass in the past. However, I recently had an absolutely terrible experience that left me frustrated, confused and unlikely to ever recommend Dragon Pass to someone else. I pre-booked an airport lounge for me + 4 family members. The airline changed the terminal the day before the flight - I contacted Dragon Pass immediately on the phone to let them know. And to see if they could swap my lounge from Gatwick North to South terminal due to the airline change - as this was 24 hours before the flight, the app wouldn’t let me change or cancel. I was told there was nothing they could do and was also told that they could not add these stays back onto my account despite knowing they had not been used. I know that if they wanted to, they could have helped with this situation. Instead, I was left in a situation where I have paid for a service and not received it - Dragon Pass were fully aware of the situation, could have supported and chose not to. There was no empathy and no solution offered. Absolutely terrible service!

My airline changed my flight from Gatwick North to South and I had already booked a lounge in North. Very unhelpful and lack of empathy for a £50 visit which cost them nothing and they blamed their "system" for not allowing me a refund. Ridiculous, never using again.

Somebody used my dragon pass in another airport whilst I was away on holiday. I complained as I use mine for the 2 of us. So by using 1 left me with 1 left which ment I would have had to pay to use another. I’ve emailed again to be told it’s still in investigation when this happened in September. It’s not good enough,

Update: the same ting happened again in Mumbai T2... nobody accepted the pass!

On their website dragonpass say the Encalm lounge at Delhi is available. I purchased a pass, which when it arrived listed only other (non-existent) lounges as valid, and indeed Encalm rejected it!

After some calls, Dragonpass refunded my money (hence the 2.5 star rating) but their site still advertises lounges which don't accept their passes.
