very bad, untill now i didnt get my money back. they never give me any update on my request of refund. please Dragonpay thats my hard earned money give my money back.

SCAM ALERT – DRAGONPAY IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF! 🚨
Do NOT use Dragonpay! I paid ₱18,000 for my Shopee order using this payment service, and the money was deducted from my account but never credited or refunded. I reached out through their chat support and actually talked to someone — but of course, they did absolutely nothing to fix it.

This company is a scam and should not be trusted. They take your money and disappear when there’s a problem. BEWARE OF DRAGONPAY! Don’t make the same mistake I did.

THIS COMPANY SUPPORTS SCAMMERS. This company don't choose their clients very well. They allow scammers to use there platforms to victimize more people. One of your client FXCL scams people and despite of hundreds of emails we sent to you to stop this company.. you did nothing and the victims keeps on increasing because of you. Is it because you receive portion of our money that's why you don't listen to victims and chose to support this evil people????? What kind of company you have!!!!!

Ich habe eine Spam e-mail von Dragonpay bekommen, vielleicht pishing, "Payment confirmation". Ich habe meine e-mail nie an Dragonpay weitergegeben und auch nichts über Dragonpay bezahlt.

Ich habe diese Website oder App noch nie zuvor gesehen, aber habe heute eine Mail bekommen, dass meine Transaktion erfolgreich war. Das macht es sehr unvertrauenswürdig, dass meine Mail-Adresse einfach in ihrer Datenbank gelandet ist und Sie nicht gecheckt haben, ob die Anmeldung wirklich von mir (Besitzer der Mail-Adresse) ausging.
