Avoid at all costs – Predatory practices and zero support
"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with The MEND COLLECTIVE (which also operates under the name Dr a says, Dr Ahmed VOYAGE HEALTHCARE). I accidentally ended up with a duplicate subscription for the same platform, and despite reaching out consistently for over three months, I have received absolutely no help then my access from the platform was removed while I have payed for the next few weeks
​This company markets itself as a 'wellbeing' service, but their complete lack of communication and refusal to address billing errors has been incredibly detrimental to my peace of mind. After looking into other reviews, it is clear I am not alone and that this platform is widely considered a scam. Save your money and your mental health—stay far away from this service

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I told this man that I wanted him to clarify the price and treatment clearly before hand as a neurodivergent I need to be sure I understand medical related procedures, he waits until he has the Botox needle out to ask me if I want a ‘lifted look’ I said sure, go ahead. He then tells me that he will be charging me an extra £300 for this ‘lift’ as it’s a separate treatment called a brow lift. All I wanted was 2/3 areas of Botox which should have cost around £250 - £300 but I instead ended up being charged £600.

I felt so used and exploited that he would inject this amount of substance into my face without clarifying first and I’ll never get anything like this again.

Now the Botox has worn off and I have been left with an indentation above my eyebrow. Unfortunately there are a lot of individuals out there that will exploit neurodiverse individuals, he came across incredible friendly and attentive so I was incredibly shocked when this happened.

Best optometrist I visited in Vancouver. I saw him 2 weeks ago for a second opinion. He is professional and listened to you. His prescription is way better than I had. I got my new glasses today. Very happy about it.

I booked a treatment specifically to have verrucas removed from my feet, based on their promise that the treatment would completely remove them with a money-back guarantee if they returned. My first two sessions went well and gave me hope. However, during the third session, the practitioner made a serious mistake by inserting the needle incorrectly. This caused significant pain and forced the treatment to stop immediately.

Following this, I reached out to request a refund especially given their guarantee but I received no response. I was later informed that the person responsible had been spoken to internally. They offered me an alternative treatment instead of a refund, but nobody ever followed up to arrange it. I again requested a full refund, but my attempts to communicate were ignored.

Not only did they fail to deliver on their money-back guarantee, but the entire experience left me feeling traumatised instead of healed. This was supposed to be a recovery journey, but it became an unnecessarily painful and frustrating experience. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and care.

From March 5, 2025, they will stop responding; please see the attached screenshot of the conversation.

Amazing friendly professional service and treatment. Clinician had immemse knowledge and perfectly and professionally delivered the treatment.

I did a consultation told them my concern and what results I needed they recommended a filler for a scar, after first sessions the Dr told me I’d see results in 4 weeks and 4 weeks later no change to the scar area at all I came back for a follow up consultation and the lady Dr in charge that day tried to gaslight to say there’s been a change, how come I can’t see any change to the affected area and she tried to say there was, she again tried to offer me a laser treatment, of which I had done severally at diff clinics and it didn’t help. Long story short, the filler treatment they offered didn’t make a single change to the affected area, they should have know what treatment would work best, and I’m left with no results and my £300 wasted I’m honestly not happy. I feel robbed.

This is the correct clinic. Dr Tauqir Ahmad. A simple search on the CQC site will show you aren’t registered with the CQC. I am unsure why you thought suggesting otherwise couldn’t be verified.

I am contacting on behalf of my partner as they do not want to be harassed by your foreign call centre.

BEWARE! Dr Ahmad is a scam artist and his rented rooms are not even registered with the healthcare bodies (CQC).

This is literally an illegally operated clinic and is a disgrace to the medical profession.

Do some research and find the dozens of botched jobs this “doctor” had under his belt.
