Hugely expensive and very unprofessional
Turned up at the job without the correct equipment. Waited for 2 hours for somene else to arrive with the locator, billed me for a CCTV survey without completing a survey and filled my septic tank back up after jetting and failed to vac what they had put in yet charged for that also.

Hi Andy, i am sorry to hear that you feel the way you do. Unfortunately i feel the information you are making public is incorrect. An extra piece of equipment was brought out which took 30 minutes, but this didn't hamper productitvity on site.
Your quote included a cost for the Jetting & CCTV unit, this also includes for the use of the sonde and probe marking equipment that come with the CCTV unit. As we were unable to unblock the drain we then used the CCTV equipment to probe mark the location of the blockage. We have to charge for the Jetting & CCTV unit when used no matter what the outcome is as its a paid service, it's just unfortunate that on this occasion we were unable to unblock your drain for you.
I was aware at the time that you have an on going dispute with someone else regarding your drainage problem and feel that we did everything we could on the day to try and help resolve your issue. Unfortunately we could not remove the blockage, this could be for many reasons beyond our control.
We spent over 3 hours on site and i feel the costs are just for the work we carried out. At the same time I understand your now in a lose lose situation with regards to your dispute with the other company. As a gesture of good will i would be happy to discuss the final costs but in a more private setting than this.
