Although there is further work required, Tom arrived when expected carried out a very professional job under difficult circumstances. When he departed the drains clear and flowing and all was tidy and sanitized. A first class service.

Clean and repair drainage pipe
Tom and Craig came back today to complete the final stage of a blocked drain that Tom cleared last week,the problem was tree roots had got into the drainage pipe where a pipe join had come apart, they cleared the roots and then did a point of repair by inserting a sleeve where the join had come apart. Very knowledgeable guys showed everything to me on the camera very professional and polite excellent job done. Definitely recommend these guys

Inspection call out for blocked rainwater drain
Really happy with the service offered and provided. I was kept informed of when they would arrive, and upon arrival (Tom, and later also Craig) both friendly, knowledgeable team members had a quick look and gave a clear idea of the pricing and what would be carried out on this visit.. after thoroughly inspecting the drain in question and many of the surrounding drains it seems my problems with the drain are more complex than a simple blockage, and will require another visit with more in depth (digging up and inspecting what is the cause of the drains not draining away). Overall a positive experience thus far.

Was able to visit the same day - even though the job wasn't urgent. Investigated thoroughly before starting work. Quoted up front for the expected cost and was very honest about what really needed doing.
