Amazing and professional service. Plumbing issues at our home address on a Sunday. Drain Doctor attended and confirmed the main sewer pipe had collapsed so the system was unusable. The following Friday Drain Doctor team of Mark and Simon attended and worked for 12 hours trying to repair the system. Unfortunately they were unable to complete and returned next morning, on their day off, to complete the repair. This time they worked for over 4 hours and successfully got the system up and running. They both returned on Monday evening to complete the repair.
My wife and I cannot praise Mark and Simon enough. Also we would like to give a big thank you to Helen at Drain Doctor who was so kind and understanding, kept us fully informed, and coordinated everything.

I have had a blocked external drain for years and with my property being ex council, I've struggled to get it resolved. Now I own the property on of the first things I've done is get it unblocked. I submitted an enquiry to Drain Doctor at 7:30 in the evening and got a call straight away from Helen saying she will book an engineer out for me. She explained that there is no call out charge, the engineer will examine the drain and let me know my options, but there is zero pressure to say yes. Next day, Helen called back to say the engineer would be out in 30 mins, he arrived on time and got straight to work. Dave examined the drain and told me what the issue is and gave me my options, again not pressuring me to pay for a service. I did anyway and throughout the process, he kindly explained how the drain got into such a state and what I can do to help prevent it happening again. I appreciate the quick service response from both Helen and Dave but most of all the friendly and professional advise. Honest company with honest employees - if ever I have a drain issue again, I wont be going to any other company!

Mike came highly recommended via a very experienced building surveyor.

Our project had two properties sharing a failing Victorian sewage system sited in neighbouring field.

Mike pleasantly and professionally steered us through loads of options, with us creating various detours and u turns, before coming up with a sound option that all parties agreed to.

He was then contracted to install, commission and service a new Graf STP.

The work schedule was spot on. The 5 day program started as planned at 8am on Monday and finished at 6pm on Friday.

All done very professionally and neatly, with careful consideration to all parties.

Great and rapid communications throughout.

Not a lot now to see (ie 3 steel lids with heavy concrete collars, vent and electrical box) with the site left immaculate.

Everyone has been very impressed.

Excellent! Mark James came out today and he was really informative and helpful regarding the blocked drain situation in a house we recently purchased.
He successfully cleared all of the blockage and advised us with solutions to stop any future issues.

Responded to my initial enquiry. Listended to my situation. Emailed a list of questions, which were answered and received positive information. The engineer attended the property on time, respected the property left it tidy and informed me what would happen with the video and information taken

Couldn't recommend these guys more. They are excellent. Called as an emergency, within an hour Ash had come round and after a lot of hard work on his part solved the problem and got us out of a real hole. Really professional , helpful and super friendly and understanding. Super impressed

First class service today to fix our blocked toilet.
Firstly the attendants on the call were friendly, clear about costs and professional in the booking process.
Simon attended earlier than previously thought, assessed the situation and was very clear about what his recommended next steps were, and what the costs would be for each stage.
He successfully cleared the blockage and spent time checking that the issue really was resolved before cleaning up and leaving.
Exemplary service, friendly, clear, concise communication and ultimately a fixed toilet at the end of it!

Excellent service from the team today. We had a blocked toilet issue at my mother’s and the engineer visited this afternoon. Simon was great explaining what was happening and he fixed the issue for my mother. From my first call to job completion customer service was excellent from the office and Simon.

Excellent, efficient, friendly

Mark James was brilliant came out within a couple of hours diagnosed the issue, gave us a quote and then fixed it there and then. Very knowledagble proffesional. Happy customer.

The company fitted a new water treatment plant to replace an old cesspit on its last legs. It was not an easy replacement but the team worked very hard, efficiently and in a way that gave confidence. The team were pleasant, communicative and worked to cause a minimum of disruption - we were only "off line" as it were for abour 2 hours during the 5 day process. Would totally recommend for similar work.

Made enquiry and they phoned straight back so friendly. Time and date booked in. Rang on the day 15mins before arrival.
Checked the problem went and checked all other drains and quoted there and then. Cleared and checked everything running back to normal within 10mins. Really happy with the work and reliability. Definitely turn to this company again for help. Thankyou x
