Drain Doctor - Birmingham & Worcestershire Opiniones

I used the services of the Bromsgrove team and have to give credit where credit is due. Professional from the outset. Helen was extremely helpful, and the survey and report was compiled very quickly with all the information I needed.
I can highly recommend their services.

Drain Doctor are always my first call whenever I have problems with my drains. I phoned on Wednesday (with a slow draining loo) and was given a slot for the next day. Helen rang me on Thursday to let me know that an engineer was on his way, and Ashley turned up on time and sorted the blockage (roots) in under an hour.
A professional and friendly service.

Made a web enquiry at around 12:30 and Helen called me about 2 seconds later ! She listened to our issue and made a same day appointment for 16:00. About 30 minutes later Helen phoned and advised that the engineer could be with us in about 20 minutes.
Jake arrived promptly in a clean and tidy van, he was polite, courteous and "human" ! The problem was not straightforward, but Jake worked through methodically and professionally and solved the issue, he cleaned up and left the premises neat and tidy.
Would definitely recommend this Company - thank you to all involved.

Great service. Very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful

The engineer was able to come almost immediately. He performed an inspection and provided a clear analysis and quotation for the work required, which was then carried out without delay and with complete success. And he was a very pleasant chap too.

Mike was friendly and trustworthy. Did the job neatly and I would recommend. Thank you

I had a great experience with Jake from Drain Doctor. He came out to inspect a blockage and, rather than immediately carrying out work and charging me, he recommended that I contact Severn Trent first to check whether the issue was on their side.

Thankfully, Jake’s recommendation was spot on. The problem was found in the main manhole and Severn Trent resolved it, which saved me the cost of unnecessary work.

I really appreciate Jake’s honesty, professionalism and helpful advice. He could have simply gone ahead with the job, but instead he pointed me in the right direction and saved me money.

Thank you, Jake — I would definitely recommend Drain Doctor to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy drainage service.

Simon came to unblock a drain at my house as an emergency call out. He arrived within two or three hours of my request. He worked quickly and efficiently and I received my invoice copy the same day. I didn't realise I also received a report the same day because he had said there may be a couple of days delay due to it being bank holiday Sunday I never scrolled down to see it! Thanks for super speedy and efficient work. Very much appreciated

Efficient, helpful, effective

Amazing and professional service. Plumbing issues at our home address on a Sunday. Drain Doctor attended and confirmed the main sewer pipe had collapsed so the system was unusable. The following Friday Drain Doctor team of Mark and Simon attended and worked for 12 hours trying to repair the system. Unfortunately they were unable to complete and returned next morning, on their day off, to complete the repair. This time they worked for over 4 hours and successfully got the system up and running. They both returned on Monday evening to complete the repair.
My wife and I cannot praise Mark and Simon enough. Also we would like to give a big thank you to Helen at Drain Doctor who was so kind and understanding, kept us fully informed, and coordinated everything.

I have had a blocked external drain for years and with my property being ex council, I've struggled to get it resolved. Now I own the property on of the first things I've done is get it unblocked. I submitted an enquiry to Drain Doctor at 7:30 in the evening and got a call straight away from Helen saying she will book an engineer out for me. She explained that there is no call out charge, the engineer will examine the drain and let me know my options, but there is zero pressure to say yes. Next day, Helen called back to say the engineer would be out in 30 mins, he arrived on time and got straight to work. Dave examined the drain and told me what the issue is and gave me my options, again not pressuring me to pay for a service. I did anyway and throughout the process, he kindly explained how the drain got into such a state and what I can do to help prevent it happening again. I appreciate the quick service response from both Helen and Dave but most of all the friendly and professional advise. Honest company with honest employees - if ever I have a drain issue again, I wont be going to any other company!

Mike came highly recommended via a very experienced building surveyor.

Our project had two properties sharing a failing Victorian sewage system sited in neighbouring field.

Mike pleasantly and professionally steered us through loads of options, with us creating various detours and u turns, before coming up with a sound option that all parties agreed to.

He was then contracted to install, commission and service a new Graf STP.

The work schedule was spot on. The 5 day program started as planned at 8am on Monday and finished at 6pm on Friday.

All done very professionally and neatly, with careful consideration to all parties.

Great and rapid communications throughout.

Not a lot now to see (ie 3 steel lids with heavy concrete collars, vent and electrical box) with the site left immaculate.

Everyone has been very impressed.

We’re very pleased we took up that recommendation.

So a big thanks to Mike and his team.

I booked and appointment and someone was able to come the next day. Josh explained what the problem was and fixed it the same day for a reasonable price. Great service, thank you.

Problem been sorted quick.Great company!Thank you for your help.

Arrived super quickly and dealt with the problem straight away

Excellent! Mark James came out today and he was really informative and helpful regarding the blocked drain situation in a house we recently purchased.
He successfully cleared all of the blockage and advised us with solutions to stop any future issues.
I highly recommend.

Responded to my initial enquiry. Listended to my situation. Emailed a list of questions, which were answered and received positive information. The engineer attended the property on time, respected the property left it tidy and informed me what would happen with the video and information taken

Couldn't recommend these guys more. They are excellent. Called as an emergency, within an hour Ash had come round and after a lot of hard work on his part solved the problem and got us out of a real hole. Really professional , helpful and super friendly and understanding. Super impressed
