Daniel Fox | Drainage Engineer was helpful and professional. He arrived on time, explained clearly what work was needed and completed it, after my agreement, quickly and sucessfully.
No mess - no fuss- just did the job.
I hope that we don't need him again but if we do we would certainly use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Great service
Great service. Came when they said they would and was kept informed of times when they would arrive. Very good customer service from Mac, who made sure he covered his shoes when in the house. did the job quickly. Cannot recommend enough!

Mac was great called out for a blocked drain told me the price we agreed on the price was happy with the price and he kept me informed the whole way through the job telling me what and how we was going to fix the problem very happy customer

NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH FOR THE DRAIN DOCTOR .. MAC .. WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN THE POURING RAIN TO UNCLOG THE DRAINS .. FAST AND EFFICIENT. I WOULD 💯 RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
