Drain Doctor - North West Opiniones

Very fast response (within minutes for call back and less than 2 hours for technician turning up) and a friendly, experienced and professional technician who provided an effective solution to the problem.
Only downside: not exactly cheap, but a drainage emergency is a drainage emergency...

Fantastic service

Quick, efficient and very friendly service. Problem identified and cured fuss free. Kept us up to date with progress and gave good advice.

The guy who came was very efficient, helpful and made a traumatic event very easy.

Came out on time as promised, identified the problem, and organised and fitted a new pump for pumping station. Jamie setup a plan of action and provided updates when needed.

Good communication throughout. Came sooner than booked after checking it was OK to do so. Jetted our sewer line and gave a camera report and survey inc quotes to replace. I would recommend this company as it was recommended to me by our builder.

Amazing! The men were very polite and have done a good job.

Engineer was very quick to attend and very helpfull.

Jack came to our property and he was so friendly and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and was extremely professional. I have been really happy with the service provided with Drain Doctor. Would recommend.

We had a concern about one of our drainage pipes and had someone on site to inspect less than two hours after we placed the call. Mark G was especially kind, and we are very grateful for his quick service.

Very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous operative.

Easily organised. Work carried out satisfactorily and efficiently by pleasant young man. Great company.

Drain Doctor - simply the best. They did a marvellous, professional job and everyone I met from the company, were nothing but kind, considerate and helpful.

Very helpful and professional service from start to finish

Helpful and professional. Stayed till the job was done.

Chap who did the CCTV survey was very nice, but I had the survey on Thursday AM, was promised the report would be sent that night. It's Sunday and I'm £400+ out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Have rang Drain Doctor and they could do nothing for me other than email the local branch, which hardly feels like a suitable escalation. We're due to have works start on Tuesday and we don't know exactly what it is they need to do.

Easy and clear communication. Jack replaced a gully and drain pipe. Took pride in the quality of his work. Perfect. I would recommend based on this experience.

Excellent service thank you

Prompt service, good communication, problem resolved quickly

Rang to book an operative to come and resolve a blocked kitchen sink drain (between the external drain cover and the manhole). Their office rang back within 15mins to advise an operative would be with us within the hour. After about half an hour "Jack" turned up and checked the issue, freed the blockage and flushed the drain through.
Jack was an extremely professional and polite guy - if we ever have any further blocked drain issues, we'll be asking if Jack is avaialable.
