Phoned these guys at 1830 in the evening for a broken sewer pipe. They were with me at 1030 in the morning. Dean and Ricardo were fantastic and fixed the problem on the first visit. I would highly recommend these guys. Very please.

My review is based on getting other companies like dyna-rod and others to clear an extremely stubborn blockage in kitchen pipework first.
It was so refreshing to see Ben who arrived on time. He was friendly, happy and above all else very professional. I immediately felt confidence in him. Unlike many other plumbers/drainage experts he resolved my issue within 10 minutes!!!! Others took hours and failed and he took 10 mins and succeeded. The job was a little pricy, but, compared to the stress that built up over 7 days of others failing it was money well spent.

Can not rate Riccardo & Ben highly enough. Quick response. Quick call-out. Super-friendly and helpful. Riccardo identified the problem straight away and had a positive ‘can do’ attitude. He was upfront about costs and possible costs so we were able to make an informed decision on action. Absolutely first rate service. And so happy to have free-flowing drains again!

Ben came out to fix our toilet and sorted the job within minutes. What an absolute superstar he is and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We received a first class service. Thank you ben

Top notch experience with Drain Doctor today. Called this morning after a serious blockage causing the toilet to backup and leak through the floorboards and downstairs ceiling. Within approximately 1 hour, two lovely guys arrived - Ben and Olly - who got immediately to work identifying and sorting the problem. They were open and transparent throughout the process, making us aware of all costs up front. They gave us a fixed price before commencing which we felt was incredibly fair for the work completed as it ended up taking them around 2.5 hours. They were both cheerful and polite throughout the process and even involved our little boy whilst they were fixing the problem. Would recommend this company and Ben and Olly from the Reading team to anyone in a second. Fantastic guys and a 5* service. Very impressed!
