Wow Asim and Danny came out and spend so long turning to resolve our problem. We think one of our little boys must of dropped a toy down the loo. But they didn't give up and tried everything they could and finally they got it clear. Thank you both for such an amazing job and sticking at it even when the options were diminishing 🙏🏻 highly recommend using this company!

We cannot recommend Drain Doctor highly enough. From the initial call to the lovely Nicola, to the visit from the engineer was so smooth. We were updated about his arrival, and he phoned to say when he was on his way. He went above and beyond, making sure our drains (and the neighbours) were cleared. Turned up on the day, kept up to date with ETA'S of the engineer.

Engineer (Ezra) rang 30 mins before arrival. Very helpful and explained all information clearly and professionally.

Ezra came round first thing this morning and sorted out a horrific blockage. Kept me informed all the way exactly what was going on. He was polite and friendly and helpful.
Hopefully I won't need them again for a good few years but if I ever do I would certainly use Drain Doctor again.

This is the second time we have used Drain Doctor. Fortunately the same plumber, Ezra (as in George!) arrived. He was calm and utterly professional throughout the call out. This calmness is especially essential if all hell as broken out in your property. Thank you again for a great job. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

Very efficient and quick clearing our problem. Very friendly lads who i had a good chat with too.

Happy with the service but unhappy of end product, they quoted for job, burst water main underground dig up was required including putting back work to original state, but never have, paid over £2000 for this and shoddy workmanship, will not use again as there are better companies out there.

My engineer was excellent, he fixed the issue really quick and ensured all was fine.
He was funny and made the situation less stressful.
He is a really massive credit to your company.

Contacted Drain Doctor online in the evening, they contacted us the next day. Asmir ( I think his name was ) and his co worker. I found them to be very professional, polite and thorough in their work. Would definetley recommend this company.

Professional and got the job done. No hidden cost but will run through it all with you beforehand. Did a thorough job and shown us the steps throughout the course. Problem sorted.

Excellent efficient service. Nice guy very helpful.

Great communication, friendly and quick turn around. All done within 24 hours for a partially blocked outside drain.
But for £300 I believe I was oversold. Came with cctv inspection which didn’t even show the cleared gully so in hindsight should’ve asked for this to be taken off but this is my first time using a drainage service so wasn’t too sure. Engineer was done in less than 2 hours. Bare in mind this was a super straightforward job - what we were recommended seemed like serious overkill.

Overall got what I wanted but paid quite the premium.

Very fast,very reliable and work to a very high standard. Would definately use again..
