EXCELLENT- I had what was turning out to be nightmare situation, contacted one Drain "Careing" specialist who caused me more problems than he fixed, and another company who quoted £5000 over the phone and six weeks before he could visit site.
Then tried Drain Doctor (Selby) , late Saturday afternoon phoned and straight away spoke to Neil who listened to my description of the tree roots in the waste pipe work Neil had an immediate understanding of the issues he responded in a positive manner, Lee came out and within two hours problem fixed and very fare bill they did not take advantage of my desperation - Lee is a star he explained things in detail and is without doubt a very knowledgeable experienced engineer nothing was too much trouble.

Fast response, the drains were cleared on the same day, soon after I phoned for a quotation. The operative was friendly and knowledgeable and did a thorough job. He explained that the drains were shared and the water company should be responsible for the repair. I phoned Yorkshire Water after the repair and they refused to contribute to the repair cost, saying i should have contacted them first.

Arrival within 12hr, courteous & excellent service by Ian. Toilet unblocked & drain cleared.

I rang the drain doctor about a blocked drain, they sent Lee over to come and unblock it the same afternoon. He was very thorough and a lovely chap, knocked some off the price as he wasn't here very long. I will definitely be putting this company forward on our local fb page.

I got in touch with Drain Doctor via the website after a slow running toilet became completely blocked and overflowed. Easy to send out online and then a local rep got in touch well within 10 minutes of sending an enquiry. Neil from the York office responded extremely quickly to emails and scheduled us a next day appointment. Owen who came out was quick to asses our problem, thorough, explained the problem clearly, fixed our problem of years of accumulated limescale (it took him some doing!), gave good advice on how to stop this going forward. He had us all squared away and cleaned up within around 90 minutes. Really easy to deal with, polite and friendly. Would certainly use them again and I would recommend them. Found the price of the work to be reasonable given the timescale and work involved in the job. Thank you!
