Trying to contact a human to discuss double payments going out of my account. Had to speak to AI for over 5 mins and then wait for a call back. Why not speak to a human if the service is so good?

Dont trust this company. Set up a direct debit from my 91 year old mothers account who has dementia. She hasn't got her cheque book or card so believe they have stolen her identity.

Do not use this company!!! If te price appears to be too good to be true then it seriously is. I have waited for 7 days to receive confirmation of a policy from this company. I have called numerous times and left messages, and have not received a phone call in response. I have just called once again to find out that the company are no longer taking on customers, even though I filled the paperwork!!! What a joke! I no have no cover for my drainage, boiler etc! DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!

I reported my Mother's death to this company in October and was told all operatives on the phone but the receptionist took details and told me I would receive confirmation that her account would be closed.
November I receive a DD mandate - how this can be set up when her bank account is long closed. Called them and was treated with appalling rudeness. You need to consider how you deal with bereaved people and ensure your records are up to date and kept in a professional manner.

Great Pricing & really reliable when it comes to communication when any claims occur for me throughout the Year. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Quick for my call out for a faulty hob on my Hotpoint cooker. Came the same day and didn’t cost me any money.

Patient and very competent advice by the customer service advisor when I spoke to them on the phone.

Was clear on prices and exclusion even though admittedly there weren’t many.

This Company seems to be one of the few that are actually reliable out there.

Smelt a foul odour coming from our drains Turns out we had a collapsed drain.

Recently had a faulty interlock on my Hotpoint washing machine. Called Drain Protection UK and this was my first claim with them. They came out 2 hours after my call however I needed a new washing machine due to it being older than the engineer!

Currently waiting on a replacement. Hopefully will come before the new Year.

As a new customer they seem to be much cheaper than my previous cover, however I signed up last Wednesday and am still waiting for my paperwork. For now I can use my email Policy paperwork but would nice to get my paperwork soon.

I have had multiple engineers come out and work on 4 different issues with the drainage system at my home within the last 3 months and every time they have come out the level of service has been exceptional.

The service was booked each time with a convenient day and time that suited me as I am generally busy day to day.

Anytime I needed an update they were on the other end of the phone with no Qs and hold music which that alone is music to my ears.

Great Cover. Cheap and really informative on the phone in what is and what isn’t covered. No claims made but I am hoping their call out service should I need them is as good as their customer service.

Just following up from my last review. Had a boiler service from Drain Protection UK which was completely free of charge! The engineer was polite and courteous. Fully recommended to friends @ family.
