Highly impressed with the service, this is the second time we have had to call them out in 3 years. Highly professional. When I called about a blocked toilet at our premises, The Southgate Club, within 10 minutes he was at the back of our club and fixed our problem within 20 minutes, being a commercial premises, some very unusual items flushed down the toilet which I do not want to mention. We have used other companies in the distant past which resulted in repeated call outs. We would recommend Drain Unblocking 247 to anyone, both commercial and domestic.

George did a great job cleaning the gulley and flushing through the main drain. It was a very messy unpleasant job and involved him having to come through the flat to get to the kitchen at the back.
He was patient with me while I laid down plastic sheets which were flimsy but all I had and he was so careful and respectful of the space. He didn't just barge through, he was really mindful of this being someone's home.
He only charged for the hour even though I probably slowed his work down. And it was all almost perfect (he forgot to reconnect a pipe under the sink for the dishwasher so at first I could not understand why my dishwasher was no longer working, but it was a very simple thing to do myself). My only criticism and reason for not giving 5 stars is that the drains still smell a lot and simply can not understand why if they have been flushed out. If the drains smelling is a sign things are amiss then something isn't quite right even though everthing looks clear and is flowing fine.

Did a brilliant job. Arrived quickly at short notice and unblocked the drains in minutes rescuing us from a massive problem. Better value than Dyno-Rod, quicker than Dyno-Rod and gave practical sensible advice about the future. Couldn't rate then highly enough.

Faultless service. Old cast iron stack pipe had a blockage which filled the pipe up with water. With a few days of below zero temps approaching I wanted to get it sorted quickly, to ensure it wouldn’t freeze up and cause damage. George was quick to respond, confirming they’d be able to clear it same day. Dan turned up within a couple of hours, set about clearing the blockage (only took about 15/20 mins) and tested the flow before leaving. Highly recommend this company, they’re friendly, courteous, professional and get the job done. Also the price I was initially quoted was exactly what I paid. 10/10.

Super quick and professionell. Came on a Saturday afternoon and fixed a really tricky blockage in 30-40min, that a previous plumber from a different company was struggling with for 2h without any success.

George from Drain Unblocking 247 was a pleasure to deal with. I call at 9pm the night before and by 9am the next day he was at my flat fixing my blocked sink.
