Great all round company,good prices, excellent packaging and delivery.

Price was competitive, beer dispatched quickly, carrier allowed me to choose day of arrival, which was convenient. Beer arrived well packed in recyclable packaging.

Will not be using this site again as their delivery partner took a photo of my house from the other side of the road, did not even attempt delivery. I now have to go to my bank for a refund as they will not issue this even though I have cctv evidence.

Decent price for a great beer that we fell in love with in Belgium, that's not that easy to get in UK. Free delivery and an extra 10% off as it was my first order. Very happy and will be a repeat customer.

Quick delivery can’t complain

I’ve ordered twice from this company now. There will not be a third time. I ordered 5.2% Belgian Stella which was £10 more expensive than the UK brewed which they also sell, they sent me the inferior UK 4.6% version. I sent it back as they claimed it was a picking error, and expected the correct stuff to be sent but they cancelled the order. I foolishly thought it was a genuine mistake and recently ordered what was advertised as San Miguel imported, again they sent the UK 5.% version, they cancelled the order again when I returned it expecting the correct stuff to be sent. They claimed it was out of stock. This company is either ridiculously incompetent, or they’re deliberately scamming people.

No delivery yet again! Parcel being returned to them as it was too heavy and leaking as before. They put 2 cases of beer in the one package - DPD tell me this risks damage in light of all the parcel undergoes in its transit.
A separate package for each case is the correct method. Now I don't have any proper beer for the weekend bbq - bummer!

I placed my first order with them at 3:30 PM on the 25th, and I thought it would be a 5-day delivery. To my surprise, it arrived 22 hours and 29 minutes later! I was impressed with their promptness. Additionally, the communication from them was excellent.

Good service, came in good time and delivery all went well with product in good condition. Happy with price and now enjoying quality ale that I enjoyed on holiday.
