Draw A Bath Opiniones

Very nice and helpful team. My two bathroom wall cabinets I had ordered were delivered on a very sturdy wood pallet and covered in plastic sheeting and completely waterproof.

you can find what you need in one place , fast response by email or phone and the order delivered with no damage , very trusted website

I had a great experience with Draw-a-bath. I ordered a full set of customized Swadling taps and shower heads for my bath and shower. Draw-a-bath got the order and finishes perfect and were able to accommodate last minute shipping changes and even rush the order (at Christmas time) due to my contractor's changing timelines. Very grateful to the prompt, kind, and professional service. And, the brassware itself is beautiful, much better than I even hoped. THANK YOU!

After speaking with a representative placed order online. This was confirmed by telephone straightaway and promptly delivered. Excellent service at a good price. Thank you

I rang up to enquire about the product i wanted to order. The person i spoke to was very helpful.

A quality product and a quick delivery time
easy website to navigate
Local suppliers only had very cheap pop up versions

Great service, really helpful to be able to talk to an expert on the phone.
Very quick turnaround and promptly delivered when promised.
Beautiful products.
Quick response to a minor installation issue, all resolved now.
Thank you

Found exactly what I wanted, very professional and helpful

My purchase experience was very positive and stress free. The people on the phone were knowledgeable and helpful. The price of the items was the best I could find after researching many stores online. The delivery was stress free and quick.

Great experience using these guys - needed to specific bath model that I couldn’t find anywhere else - Royden was super helpful, quickly tracked one down for me and made sure to get it to me super quickly as I was running on a tight schedule. Great communication throughout - will be using again

I have long been a fan of Duravit materials. Draw a Bath have the full range. I checked prices against other online suppliers and my local merchants. They were easily the best. But we all know its not just about price. What was so good about Draw a Bath was the speed with which Royden responded to questions which gave me a lot of confidence in the company. The ceramics I bought were made to order in Germany and arrived within Duravits lead times. Draw a Bath had them delivered to me overnight by pallet.
Excellent service and top grade products. I'm really pleased and will definitely return when it comes to supplies for renovating the family bathroom.

Responded very quickly to email/phone enquiries and very helpful. Haven't had the products yet as they are on a 6-8 week delivery but if delivery and products are as good as initial service I shall be very happy to use this company again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Really competitive pricing on the site and customer service throughout order process was outstanding - super prompt responses and pulled out all the stops to help get the order here in time for install. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and highly recommend.

I still haven’t received it!!! Appalling service.

An honest company. Knowledgeable and transparent about delivery times rather than suggesting unrealistic timeframes. Great customer service and friendly as well.

Royden is so responsive. Recommendations are prompt and constructive. Though the products I haven’t received, recommended!

It was easy to find the component on the website, and be confident it was the right item. The order process was straightforward and delivery was very prompt, with several updates on the status of the order.

Sorry but if I knew you didn’t have it in stock and I was going to wait 9 weeks I wouldn’t have ordered it. Received fast refund so updated rating

Fast delivery, the shower screen was delivered earlier than expected with good communication along the way.
