I wish I would have found the other reviews on this program here before I wasted my $37 and my time on getting a "consultation" from an unqualified person who talks to you like you're a kindergartener. Saying I "may not qualify" but then later into the call I'm qualified based on my score (that they already had totals for) from the very time consuming evaluation you take before scheduling a consultation call. I even reached out to The Health Institute website to ask if this was a scam and haven't heard back. I feel dumb for believing that just because it was from Dr. Axe (who I think does a lot of good) that it was legit and worthy of my time and money. It's definitely not. "If it seems too good to be true, then it is" continues to be confirmed with this experience.

This company is a rip off. I just sat through a one hour sales pitch when I thought I was getting a practitioner to talk to me about my healthy.
Don't fall for their "Cellular Health Analysis" supposedly valued at $199, and they give it to you for $37. The entire thing is a sales call. The program they are selling is $8,000.00!!!! Supplements, videos and seven 15 min phone calls. And they suck you in using the name of Dr. Axe. High pressure, very low value. Ugh!

I signed up in 2022 and paid an exorbitant fee to participate in the CHA program with Mastermind to follow for life for maintenance. I had good results with CHA and continued to improve for over a 11/2 years. Life hit me and I digressed. I contacted them, did some refresher work and decided to redo the CHA program in Mastermind. I am almost done with month 2 of a 4 month program. I am thinking that Mastermind is a really helpful thing and may be worth that price. On Monday of this week i got an email stating they were sorry my time in mastermind was over and if I wanted to continue with Dr. Axe’s concierge program it would be a monthly fee. I was booted off the private Facebook account for Mastermind. All links for scheduled planning sessions that were emailed hours before the ending note were gone. Everything shut down. I found an email address online and sent an email to find out why I was removed and state that I did not ask to be removed, About 48 hours later I received a note that said i should send any questions to another address and they would respond in 48 hours. I had no prior text, email, notice that there was any change coming. Blindsided! I had not quite 2 1/2 years on the program. They deserted me in the middle of my second go round. I paid a lotta money and obviously I have been scammed. I had so much faith in the program and all those people (Felicia baumgardner, Jenna, Stevie, Andrea etc. ) What a slap in the face. Thinking about legal assist. Stay away from this organization, Key Cellular Nutrition, and stay away from dr Josh Axe who took over when the founder, bill Cole, died. They have effectively screwed us over and walked away with our money.

KCN is no longer .and it is no longer honoring prior agreements for Mastermind membership for life. New management is not to be trusted. Beware.

I was scammed into a $7,197 + 3,000 interest loan from Key Cellular Nutrition, which I discovered after seeing a Facebook ad featuring Dr. Josh Axe. The company has no connection to Dr. Axe, but instead is associated with Dr. Bill Cole, who is unfortunately no longer alive. I was rushed into the agreement and experienced multiple health issues due to the wrong supplements sent to me. I followed their plan exactly as instructed but suffered from headaches, insomnia, dizziness, weight gain, and upset stomach. I have 120 capsules remaining in each of the three bottles and was instructed to take 12 capsules per day, which I believe is excessive.

The coaching and support provided were inadequate, and I was never given proper guidance on creating a balanced, daily meal plan. I experienced terrible pain, chronic fatigue, and dizziness, but the coach didn't seem to care about my concerns. I was promised pre-packaged meals and bone broth powder, but never received them.

I've attempted to cancel the program and request a refund, but the company has not been cooperative. I was lied to and have been left with a loan I cannot afford. I've reported the scam to my bank, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau. I highly recommend avoiding this company and their unethical business practices.

Update 6/26/24: I've received an email from my bank, fnbo, instructing me to contact the merchant, United Cole Health LLC, to make a cancellation request directly. However, I cannot find a contact customer service phone number for them. I've followed the steps to report the scam and seek legal advice.

Update 8/30/24: I've followed up with my bank and reported the scam. I was refunded the transaction charges, but unfortunately, it's too late to get the loan refunded. I've received a letter from fnbo stating that a loan has been sent to the bank, with no effort from Key Cellular Nutrition to correct their mistakes.

Update: Finally am reimbursed today with a check from fnbo for services not fully recieved as promised and for being rushed into a loan of 10K I tried cancelling several times.

This is not an honest company and I am sorry that Dr. Axe is representing this. First of all, the $37 I paid had no helpful information about improving cellular health. The sales person follows a script and pops in that they have a program that 1500 people are waiting for and that you must qualifiy, and they may not accept you. Hog wash!!! They will accept you if you pay the $7K! They refused to tell me how much this program costs until the end of her hour long script.They do NO testing only questions. Don't fall for this! The sales person would not give any examples of specifics or what this looked like.

My experience with the $37 Zoom meeting/Dr. Josh Axe team(key cellular nutrition) was very disappointing. The explanation of the program was poor at best, never received a thorough understanding of what to expect. I asked about what supplements I would receive and was told whatever my assessment says I need. The only supplement I was told I would get was a glandular one and some others. I explained how the supplements I was using were effective, could you tell me about the ingredients. She skirted answering the question. I was told I would get a booklet about diet in addition to the supplements. The young woman explained other people have lost 50lbs in 4months. That was a bold claim and who knows where those pictures came from. Then came the price for the program. The hand-holding price was $7,147 and the non-hand holding price was $2,690. We began filling out the forms for credit card and the system wouldn't take a PO Box. So I said I wouldn't mind making payments, but refused an auto-pay. She said let's see if you qualify, so together we completed some paperwork while screen sharing. I told her I didn't want to take out a loan. She insisted it was only to see if I qualify to make payments. Later I repeated this sure looks like a loan to me. Oh, no she repeated. Then at the end of the paperwork I said see the clause I need to agree to? It calls it a loan. I told you this was a loan. She so innocently said "Oh, I thought I explained it properly". Hesitantly, I agreed to said loan. When the Zoom meeting ended I saw a text where you have to take a selfie/picture of yourself holding your ID to complete the loan process. I never did this. Instead I phoned the credit union 20 minutes later and cancelled out the loan. The next day I reached out to the credit union and explained how they are misrepresenting the loan process. Then after reaching out to a supervisor with Dr. Josh Axe's team to report the incident the young woman has the audacity to email me denying it. Good Luck! How trusting are you?!?

I specifically asked how many pills. She said four . I’m ok with four. But what she didn’t say was at least four to 8 in a pack and several packs a day.
So now I’m trying to cancel and they keep taking my money. Impossible to cancel!!!!

They lied. They claimed this was Dr. Josh Axe I was seeing for my consult. Turned out no doctor just a slick manipulator sales person. He said lies to convince me to sign up for this $$$ program. YANO was no doctor. The program was supposed to give access to a team of doctors by Dr Josh Axe, the doctors were supposed to go over my health history and design a program for my specific healing journey from Lupus/ MS/ and post-concussion brain injury. ALL he said was LIES. I cancelled right away. Behold none of the email addresses or phone number could receive communications. I never used an appointment, never spoke to a doctor. I tried cancelling as soon as I couldnt get access to any documents they had me sign. YANO said I could cancel at anytime. They stole $1,050 by telling Credit Card that they had shipped me supplements. Lies. I never received any shipment. Never signed for any shipment. YANO never mentioned any shipment.. I cancelled right away before my 1st appointment and they stole $1,050 from an sick widow. (GOD will not be silent at judgment day). These liars don't care about the patients or who they rip off. They target very sick people desparately trying to get well. Beware!

This company knows what they are doing when it comes to taking a desperate person's money. If their product gives results to over 90% of people, why isn't there a guarantee of some sort for those who fully complete the program, take all the supplements and still see zero results? Dr Bill Cole died in 2023 and in the literature is not indicative of that, it's like he is still alive. Once they found out I wanted a refund, they quickly told me that it is not possible to offer a guarantee since we are all bioindividuals and results vary.
Their emails state "Dr. Cole has helped over 28,000 people in the past 30+ years and gotten over a 90% success rate. Who succeeds? Those who are ready and committed to changing their lives and their health and those who are ready to heal the root cause, rather than focus on diagnoses or managing symptoms. I know that Dr. Cole's program works. It works for anyone struggling with inflammation, cell damage, toxicity, fatigue, brain fog, pain, weight, and more."
So you tell me, if you are suffering with any of the above struggles and you've tried everything, this gives you hope, so you spend the money. They are taking advantage of people who are suffering. If it worked so well, why not offer a guarantee with stipulations to weed out the people that have buyers remorse and those who truly go through the whole program, take all the recommendations and still see no results and end up worse off?

The price is going onto $10,000 and what you receive is not worth that. My health did not change after more than 4 months of following the protocol and videos, coach and book. I tried and failed - no guarantee. Don't waste your money like Imistakenly did.

I feel my health is deteriorating and found this company and they set an appointment for a zoom call sounded like they could help, but while on the call the woman kept repeating let's see if you qualify for our program.
So she asked for some information. I didn't pay attention because well that's why I'm on here, brain fog, but what she was seeing was if I would get approved for the loan they were applying me for a loan with a company called Affirm gives this company to get my information and approve a loan. Insane meanwhile I thought I had time to think about my decision and before I was able to make a decision I started receiving emails of my loan payment. Even more insane I couldn't cancel Affirm told me I had to contact the company to cancel with them and they could cancel the loan.
I called the lady and she was arrogant on the phone saying Sir you got us on a call you agreed to do this .
I said I was under the impression that your company was trying to see if I qualified for the program that's how it was explained quite often on the zoom call when they were getting me approved for the loan. They know what they are doing and trying to play dumb or maybe she just was.
Then they told me this could take up to 30 days I was flipping out on the phone telling them I better have a canceled loan today or I'm getting a Lawyer
THIS IS ABSOLUTLY CRAZY that they can get a loan approved by just getting some information from me, I didn't even sign anything. this should be criminal.

Before CHA I had extreme fatigue, no energy, digestive issues, weight i couldn't shed no matter the diet i tried. I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without my heart racing and gasping for breath.
At four months into this program i can run up a flight of stairs with no problems. I sleep through the night and wake at 5 every morning ready to hit the floor running. My energy is back. My digestive issues are gone. I have lost 23 lbs! My joy is back. No more depression. I enjoy being back in the mix with family and friends.
This program was a God send! Financially it was a struggle but it was the best money I ever spent on myself. Thanks to Dr. Cole and his team at CHA my “golden” years are going to be enjoyed to the fullest.

I was having a lot of health issues that the Drs didn't seem to be able to help me with. Explosive Diarrhea, Constipation, bone loss, teeth loss, periferal neuropathy, I could walk up and down hills. hand and feet numbness and pain especially while I was sleeping, it would wake me up. Excessive hair loss.
Now my hands and feet have feeling and no pain at night. I've lost 25 lbs. I can walk up and down hills. I can open bottles again. No more bowel problems. I have more energy than I've had in years. Dr. Coles program has helped with all my pains left from having Covid 19 5 times.
I believe the changes for the better in my life because of this program are totally worth my investment of time, and money It is 100%worth the investment. I had made changes in my diet and lifestyle that I know will continue to improve my health in the future to come.

This program has saved my life. Seriously. I was constantly sick, having no energy, taking numerous prescriptions and not feeling well. I needed something to pull me out of all that. This program has made a HUGE difference in my health. They support you through your journey the whole way. It is worth every penny. I can never go back to my old way of eating. It has been an education journey that I will value for the rest of my life.

Before CHA my energy was low, my weight was up and I was at the end of my rope health wise. I saw very quick gains in energy and stamina, I released 65 pounds so far and I am living life to the fullest. While I was skeptical at first, it was a lot, it was so worth the investment. This is a lifestyle I can sustain, I have tools to help me continue. If asked I would tell anyone, do it, you won't regret it.

The time and finanacial commitment are ver much worth it!

Before CHA, I was severely sick with low energy, depression, and muscle weakness. My doctors kept telling me it was normal because I’m getting older, I knew better.
Some of the things I experienced on this program was being able to stand for 2-3 hours without my legs/knees hurting; I started noticing I had sustained energy throughout the day, into my 2nd month, I notice no gas or body order at the end of the day. At the end of my 4th month, I have lost 20 lbs, but shrunk enormous fat cells. I can actually see my belly shrinking daily and getting into clothes I thought I couldn’t wear again. I even wore heels and danced in them one weekend at a ball! I hadn’t done that in YEARS!
Do I think this program was worth the cost! You pay for your health ONE way or the other! Being able to move again without the pain and learning how to live a healthier lifestyle, for me is worth the cost of the program. It’s not a magic pill, it’s a lifestyle!

My energy was low, not feeling good, hair loss, and just wanted to eat more healthily.
Now have a new relationship with food. I choose if I eat correctly and it directly determines how I feel.
My skin is better and working on my hair getting thicker.
It was worth the investment...when you pay a lot...you want to get your money's worth. So You follow the program. Love the recipes!

before CHA I had very low energy, leaky gut, body aches and pains and couldn’t keep up with my husband and our busy life. CHA provided me with a platform of quality supplements, guidance and a plan that kept me accountable. Upon completing my 4 month journey, my digestive tract is completely normal, my pain has lessened significantly and I cannot believe my newly found energy!! I lost a total of 8 lbs and 11 inches and my sleep schedule is now great.
The investment was scary at first to think about spending this money on myself. I am grateful I took the plunge and invested in myself. Overall the cost is actually very reasonable for the quality supplements, coaching and on going support. If I had not signed on with a quality company I truly don’t think I would have stuck with it.
