It took a while for CS to get back but when they did they rapidly helped me out with a refund as I mistakenly ordered two. As a result of their speed in resolving the error (which was my error) and the rapid receipt of refund they def get five stars!
Not delivered, no communication or responses after order placed when I chased it up three times.
Placed an order but nothing received.
Have tried to contact them but no replies!!!!
AVOID!!!!!!!
Seems to be a scam. Took my money and nothing delivered. Have chased many times and nobody answers my emails. Have raised a complaint with my credit card company. Avoid.
Order acknowledged on 26th September, no updates since. No one responds to emails. Took my money, sent me nothing
Do not order at this shop. I ordered an Alarm Clock. It never arrived. I tried to contact the shop several times and I never got. an answer or a refund. I just burned my money.
Not recived order and customer service ignore email. Avoid!
My order finally arrived, I ordered on the 23rd September, and it arrived today, 29th October. I will say, I love the product. It looks so pretty and seems to be working well, I’m looking forward to seeing how it improves my sleep. The only downside is the fact it took so long, and during that time I could only get a response through instagram dms. When they replied they were helpful but I did have to wait a while to get a response most times that I messaged. They didn’t reply over email. If you’re still waiting for your order, don’t worry, it will come, just message them on instagram and they should help you.
