I ordered the tom and Jerry quilt 51x59 size for my granddaughter who will be born end of January I got this for a comfort quilt for her as my daughter had one it came today and it is exactly how it said it was gonna be its absolutely beautiful. I had a blanket custom made, and it took the amount of time they stated it would. Once it arrived, the blanket was absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend their services to anyone, and have already.

I received a quilt that I ordered but it had some discolorations on it. I emailed Dreamrooma regarding this & they sent me a replacement free of charge & it arrived in perfect condition with vibrant colors. Very quick responses to all of my emails regarding the replacement as well. I am a very satisfied customer, Dreamrooma is a great company indeed!

So far my experience is not good and I can only anticipate the rest of it will be be just as bad. I ordered on September 30th a shower curtain and bath rugs. Havent heard a peep. So I checked their website with the order # I was provided. Sorry we dont have an order # like that. Funny, your order # went through on my bank account. Then I go to use their online chat and its a whats app account. I cant believe that a reputable company would use whats app to communicate with their clientle. That site is primarily know for fraud and scammers...maybe thats why they use it. So yes, so far, my experience has not been good and well see how this goes from here...to be contnued.

I ordered a blanket. It says it was delivered, but I got no email or text notification. I contacted the company. No one has response.UK269548830YP. I have not product and I spent over 100 dollars on this blanket. I work in corporate america, and will be spreading the word about this company and how disappointed I am.

Poor quality…garbage. This is not a rug, it’s foam with print on it. Probably cost a dollar to make and they charged $50 for. Do not buy, total piece of crap.

BAD SMALL PRNI CONFUSING

This is not a rug. It's a printed foam pad that the creases from being vacuum sealed in a small bag will never come out of. Completely a waste of money and extremely disappointing.

The carpet is super soft and the colors are vibrant. My daughter loves it.

Ordered on July 25. Got email stating rug shipped Aug 1 w/ USPS tracking. Its now Aug 23 and Post Office is telling me package doesn't exist, anywhere. Tried contacting Dreamrooma. No response. I have learned that if a company doesn't take PayPal, it is likely a scam.

The rug is complete garbage. Might as well be a 5.00 kitchen Matt from Walmart. Customer service line just rings busy and emails are just computer generated ones.

Would have preferred to give NO stars. The term EASY returns is nothing but. Had difficult time reaching company to ask for return/ pics of merchandise/put back in original packaging.When followed procedure the cost to return was more than purchase.I fell this company is a scam that takes advantage of customers.

Bought this for my son's birthday. Did the fast ship delivery and it was delivered quicker than noted. Nice looking rug. Looks like the picture and very soft. Worries because it was wrinkled at first, but went away after about a week. He loves the rug to say the least!

It's the worst. They won't take it back. I had to dispute the transaction with my CC.

I spent 230$ on a rug. The material was so cheap. I tried to return it but they wanted me to pay for shipping. After I had already payed for fast shipping that took 2 weeks.

The rug is not a traditional, woven rug, but more like a printed, cushiony material. That said, it works and looks good.
