Deposited and withdrew no issues THE FIRST TIME! Try do it a second time 🤣🤣 they do not let you! It’s they want statements proving deposits etc! You give them the documents they get rejected 24/7! Also they lock your account for safer gambling all the time whenever they feel like it!

Here is another 1 star review! I deposited it over £400. I won £1800 and then requested to withdraw my funds. 2 days later and the funds are missing. Not in pending and not in accepted. Spoke with live chat and they advised that the withdrawal failed! Now asking for my bank details! Which they already have. Stay well away people!

EDIT! They have now blocked my account! They are 100% a scam. I have escalated to ecogra now to investigate them!

I signed up yesterday, deposited £100 using Applepay, I withdrew £771 winnings and it was in my account within 24 hours. I didn’t have to send no documents or nothing like that. However I was a bit worried at first after reading these reviews from people recently. But I have only had a good experience.

Deposited again, won £1500 tried to withdraw it to find my account got locked! Was told multiple times id still get my withdrawal etc. They wanted documents so I sent them in they kept getting rejected! Kept going on chat saying what do I need to do they kept saying refer to the email. Not to mention it takes over 2 days for you to get a reply! Anyway end of the story they only gave me £380 and confiscated £1120 then closed my account! I tried to find out why all you get is refer to the email. AVOID!!!!!

Lack of communication. Refuse payouts when you win. Taking them to the gambling comission. Fraud

well 8 days on from my 2 withdrawls the money finally arrived in my bank this morning after producing bank statements and changing bank account midway thru the process, gave them the new account number swift code etc and no problem, customer service was a bit automated but polite, will not be using any white hat gaming site in the future though, its too much hassle getting your money back

Was couple deposits total per that night 1300£ , from last deposit i win 4000£. Next day they ask bank statement i send them,day later they writting they are not sure about clean money/where they come frome etc.
I said i can aprove everythink, but they just send me back last deposit and ban account without any reason.

sent all docs in and where all ok .then i did a deposit and ended up winning cashed out winnings told now i needed to send all my bank details including the BACS as this scamming company said when they sent payment back on my card it was rejected so i needed to send over all the bank details including the bacs/swift ,did all this then my account is suspended. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY PART OF WHITE HAT YOUR MONEY AS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OF BUY THE +ANKERS LIKE I HAVE BEEN....BE WARNED

Be warned if you join through the offer page it doesn’t mean you get the offer even though it literally says join here to get offer ! Apparently you have to also tick a box which is hidden ! Lesson learnt !

Won 5k on the big bass 1000 but apparently not allowed to withdraw because I was new and it was the bonus for new players. Played it on well known good games got absolutely 0 no bonuses no nothing. Won't play again worst site ever

Seen dream vegas advertised multiple times and seen they had a welcome bonus offer with free spins so thought I'd give them a go. Clicked on the link stating the bonuses and on there website clicked through the offer but never recieved it, contacted customer service and apparently I didn't tick the box on the deposit page stating I wanted the welcome offer every though I clicked on the offer on the page that takes you to the deposit page. Apparently they can't do anything about it!!!.... we'll I can, I can take my custom elsewhere!. Thankfully I won a little so i was able to withdrawal the same amount as I deposited. So at least I dont lose out, they just lose me as a customer. Hopefully my withdrawal is paid out but reading the reviews that seems to a complete pain for some. Like others say.......Stay away!!!!

Put £500 in and won £1000. Made my withdrawal and still pending. They said today that it will take another 48 hours as it’s my first withdrawal. They said they do extra checks. This is bull as no other site do. Also why don’t they do checks before we can deposit.

My opinions on this site have been up and down the games paid out but the withdrawal process was really bad but they always paid it into my account no questions asked which was good but eventually after a few wins that's it they draw you in with a few good bonuses but then after that they disappear and the wins disappear then they dead spin you till your money's gone being on this site really has showed me how much I really should quit gambling it's not worth it it's one the worst addictions to have and sites like this take advantage of that they email you and send you messages and offer spins to get you into it and when you do they take it straight of you not to mention the lowest you can deposit is £20 and withdraw is £20 to me I find that odd but in the end the only person winning is them just stop gambling guys it's not worth it if you can't afford it don't do it because they'll take it.

Avoid this casino. You win, then you get an email stating you are a "Risk" they cancel your winnings and refund your deposit.

Warning total scam they let you play for as much as you loose my one was £2900 then as soon as you win which only £600 they block your account ask for thousands documents I had to send them my join mortgage documents and each time you have to wait 14 working days for response so I am now waiting around 3 months still haven’t got my money so my advice get away from all white hat gaming sites

Honestly nothing wrong with the app, had a look at the reviews, seen some bad reviews about withdrawal, so only put 20 on 200 pound later and next day it was in my bank just give it 24hrs my ppl LOL
