Dreamvegas Opiniones

I've won and had money into my bankaccount from dream Vegas. Few things - upload documents first. Don't take a joining bonus unless you only will bet £5 stakes.
They can't refund to your card, so require proof of your bank account. I had a lot of emails chasing them, and it took a while but they've now paid (using a faster payment, so within minutes from being approved).
Everyone on chat is helpful.
I've played Starburst and have £4.2k back (put about £2.5k in). So returns are good.
Get verified first and expect a bit of a wait if not. Yet, it's legit and although I was worried at first, they paid.

Honest player. Took ages to get a win but managed to get 7k profit and nearly a max win in eye of panda. Deposited 1000 in total over 2 days to get this win and also got a 2600x win which shows the games are genuine rtp. Withdrew and did take a while but 4K is in my bank and waiting for the rest. Pain in bum about 48 hour rule and 5k per week withdrawal but overall really happy. Just get an app guys. Will be so much better! Will continue to play!

Very bad site keeping my money from me has been going on for 3 weeks now do not use this site they only good for taking your money when your try taking some out they want all the documents of you in the world and then ask for them all over again! I will definitely be putting my money else where terrible site!

They only do bank transfers. The day i withdrew my money their ecashout was down so they had to do it manually . You can only do bank transfers no e transfers( first red flag ) . They keep telling me they sent my winnings yet it’s not in my account and my bank has no transaction from these scammers. They keep saying we sent it …. Ok so where is it ? They are refusing to tell me exact details where it was sent

At the end of it … they had manually entered my bank information wrong . I had to wait almost 2 weeks for my money. Clearly I self excluded and won’t ever go back

Every single 1* review is being generous. Just reiterate every other review.

It’s referring to read you are not the only
One. My card is fine for deposits, but not for withdrawals

When I threatened them, they banned me. Skum

It’s a scam. Don’t receive your winnings they just fib you off all time. They ignore the word scam when you say it to them because they know what they are !

Requested a withdrawal. Apparently couldn't be sent back to my card??? Asked for additional banking info. Sent it into them, didn't hear anything for a few days. Went on live support and they said it will take 24-48 hours to be reviewed. Day 3 came and they still hadn't emailed me with an update so I went on live chat again and asked. They literally said "whats the urgency?" No urgency pal but you're not doing what was promised. Now I'm on day 9 and still no update. I'm just being told to wait. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

Pathetic customer loyalty program, ridiculous payout times and deceitful RTP that is my experience after playing here for over a year; spend your money else where

I don't know how people would give this site a good review. This is the only site that withdrawals take ages before you get your money. Most sites takes minutes. But this site takes at least 48 hours to review. Then you'll have to wait again for the money to come in.

This is is the best one out. People give it 1 star because they are bad losers who can’t control their spending habits and the only thing they can do is cry and write a bad review. The bonuses are just and fair anyone who is saying “they ain’t giving my money” Is because they spent their cash and used bonus funds and are now confused on why they can’t withdraw. People really think a BIG company cares about the little £200 pounds. They have bettors who spin £10 £20 a pop why do they care about your £200 withdrawal unless you have done somthing against their guidelines. Never had a problem with this website been using it since it came out. If you lose it’s all your fault for playing in the first place. People need to get a grip on reality and understand this is entertainment not a source of income.

Signed up & deposited only £30, it gave me £30 bonus funds also. Upon playing it said my £30 cash would be used first, I ended up winning £370 with my £30 cash, cashed out which has been under review for a few days now. To then receive a email to say I have been suspended from bonuses & promotions and this applied to all there partnered companies. Not sure why as the most I betted was £2 a spin. Not sure if I will receive my winnings or not? I will give it another 2 days and then will be contacting gambling commissions. Not sure why I’ve been suspended when I haven’t done anything but deposit & play with my £30 , won’t be using this site again as the wait time for withdrawal is ridiculous and seeing all the other reviews I’m not the only one to have issues getting my winnings

I literally just had my account banned and closed just after making a deposit. I guess that is how they make a profit. Great way to go into xmas...

Waiting on a withdrawal will update if I don’t get messed about like most seem to
24 hours still in review deposited without bonus so let’s see I hope all these bad reviews are wrong
Well believe me this isn’t a fake review I’m pleased to say that it has been paid so I changed it to 5stars I wasn’t messed about but I will say deposit with no bonus then you can’t be held up by bonus and wagering terms which I think mess a lot of people up I’m a happy customer thank you

Do not use this site , it is appalling

If I could give nothing I would it’s exactly how people say it is. Jerking reels blank spins. 12.50 I had played 10p on big bass splash and not one bonus about 150 spins.
You would never ever win on this sight not even a pound. It’s as it is trouble.

Avoid this site absolutely terrible very hard to bonus a game and if you do the payout is terrible. By far the worst site I have played on nothing but thieves.

Closed my account without notice and took my money. Now I can’t get this back. I have been in n live chat numerous times and they keep saying it’s being escalated.
Avoid stick to Sky Vegas .

this site is awful and yet 270 stake on big bass splash pays 30 quid come on seriously there games are very hard to bonus aswell take my word for it dont play here lesson learned i have gone off gambling now coz most the sites are like this now days. please do not play on here you will lose alot

It's baffling how this company is allowed to operate. I've played comparable games with comparable funds across different sites. With Dream Vegas it's virtually impossible to get to a point exceeding your deposit. I have to believe this is a scam site.

I've just read the good and bad reviews of withdrawals with this company. I'm waiting, albeit only 3 days so far for 2 wins, but in my long experience with these companies complain to the Gaming Commision after 7 days rather than rely on their procedures, it's what they're there for!
I will update in due course.
21/10/2023. Have received my 2 payments, total amount expected. Delay was my fault for not uploading required proof of identity straight away.
Can't fault them now :)
