First of all, we do not scam our customers. The product you purchased was clearly described as a Netflix Personal Subscription, where "personal" refers to a personal profile for your use, not ownership of the entire Netflix account. This information is mentioned in our product description and usage instructions before purchase.

We are sorry if your experience was not satisfactory. However, we also provide customers with the option to create their own profile and secure it with a profile lock/PIN to keep their viewing activity private and prevent others from accessing that profile. We regularly advise customers to use this feature for a better experience.

If you experienced profile-related issues, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. However, calling it a scam is unfair, as the service delivered matched the description provided at the time of purchase. Misrepresenting our service as fraudulent can seriously damage the reputation of a business that has helped thousands of customers.
