In reading the reviews it seems I am not alone. I had ordered a product and it never arrived. I even gave them an opportunity to resend before pursuing a refund. I was promised a 100% refund about a month and a half ago. I am still following up and receiving no helpful updates or information. I am continuing to pursue but this company should not be trusted and needs to handle refunds promptly.
I never received my order and when I asked for a refund I got a run around. 3 weeks later still no refund. Don’t waste your time or money on this company.
I placed an order from an advertisement on TikTok for their shorts. I didn’t even notice that the order did not come directly from a TikTok seller. Then when I started looking for my order because it was very late and realized it was coming from this company. Over the past few months and many interactions via email with them they cannot seem to get my order to me. They promised a 40% refund, which never happened. They’ve apologized assured me that they are not scamming me. The order never made it to me. They sent it to my address but a wrong ZIP Code. I confirmed the correct address five times. They reprocessed my order and resent the order out to the wrong address again. I just discovered they do not even have the shorts that I originally ordered from them anymore. I sent yet another email to them letting them know that they just resent my order to the wrong address. I have not received any further communication from them..
