I used Dr Galen’s service whilst I was travelling abroad. I required a time-sensitive prescription with an added complexity of being time-limited due to flight arrangements. Through Dr Galen’s service was able to easy and swiftly arrange an appointment with one of their doctor’s, obtain and fill the required prescription! And all at a very reasonable cost of approximately $40USD. I was very impressed by the communication and ease of the service and would recommend to anyone in need!

It was a good moment, started from the admin to organize a booking with the patient. The patient was also kind and open. That gave me opportunity to assist without challenges.

The initial contact was made via WhatsApp, and booking an appointment was incredibly easy. The support team is very dedicated and helps with any issues or requests. As mentioned, the service is fast and professional. I’m impressed and can highly recommend it.

It was a very easy process. The website let me choose which doctor I wanted, each with different levels of experience. The websites customer service agent(s) also recommend the doctors that are best for you, your location, and condition. When I chose my doctor, I filled in what I was there for and we set up an appointment.

We began the online appointment and it only took about 5-10 minutes. The doctor sent me an e-prescription for my condition about 10 minutes after the call ended. I printed it out and went to the pharmacy to fill it the same night.

Communication was great and prompt. I was having a lot of tech issues on my end with the app so they were able to book me an appointment through WhatsApp. So helpful!!

It was a blind shot trying this service. Online consultancy works in my home country but I was not sure if it will also in Armenia. I was positively surprised by the process of connecting me to a local doctor who actually helped me and gave advices how to handle my sickness. I am grateful for the operator who proactively contacted me to guide me through the process. When I missed the scheduled appointment, she called me and made sure I connect with doctor and all works. And also no issues with prescription in pharmacy. Doctor was kind and listened to me. She explained all reasons for my symptoms and help me to understand what could cause my sudden diarrhea and cramps. Dr Angeliki Mina is a real good Doctor that has experience in many fields of care including listening skills, involving me in options of treatment and offers logical care pathways with satisfying results and then she even takes time to follow up my care. I struggle to find kind of Doctor but now I will highly recommend her to all!

They assigned me a doctor not licensed in my state, who gave an illegal prescription (none of the doctors identifying information). When I complained, they said "it's completely legal and to try another pharmacy". I tried 4, they all said the same thing. They won't even discuss a refund, so I will be lodging a complaint with my credit card for services unrendered. $55 to give illegal scripts? I'll be contacting the BBB, as well. Using an old email to not get harassed by them.

Definitely worth the money, a game changer of a service and highly responsive. You are in great hands!
