Since working with the DrGolf team, my golf performance and overall fitness has seen drastic improvements! Zach and his team are always there to offer support and motivation which helped keep me on track with my goals. I was new to the gym when I first signed up but luckily for me, Zach had informative videos for all of the workouts so I knew what to do right away. The progressive S&C training programmes helped me become a lot stronger, more powerful and a lot more stable when swinging the golf club. I have gained a 10-15 increase on all of my clubs which has been so beneficial for my game, so thank you Zach!! I have been working with Zach for around 9 months and could not be more impressed with his services and support! His training plans have helped me to gain distance and stability while also improving ball striking and aiding in my ability to make consistent changes to my swing. He has helped navigate and alter my programme when I have suffered with injuries and his weekly and monthly check ins have helped me to stay consistent and get me back on track when needed!

Dr Golf is a great tool for golfers of all ages. You dip in and out, as you require, and there are always new videos appearing on a regular basis. They are also easy to contact and willing to help with your individual requirements.

An excellent programme of progressive S&C which will improve your flexibility, mobility and strength combined with golf specific routines to improve the key fundamentals. Good demo video library and quick response to individual need.

Zach and his team are excellent. They have so much knowledge and have provided me so much support over the last two years.

I have been using Dr Golf for a couple of years now and my general health, strength, mobility and power has increased significantly. Having a few hip issues over the years Zach has specifically designed my workouts around strengthening my hips whilst working on all body parts. I originally got in touch with Zach as I needed some accountability with my training , as a trainer I found that I was struggling to train myself , and the Dr Golf app and the support from Zach has been brilliant in keeping me on track with my training , and I love not having to think about what I am going to do as it is all done for me.

After following the programme for a few weeks I started to talk to Zach about the certification, as I liked the way the training programs were put together , and that it is evidence based , backed up by research and facts . I wanted to learn more so that I can then integrate this into my own classes and golf training clients .

Since doing the certification the clients in my classes are all noticing they are hitting the ball further and have more movement in the swing .

I have also noticed a big change in how I am striking the ball , and the training is a big part of my day to day life now !

This is an excellent app to help keep fit and improve your golf game. I’ve been using it regularly for 3 years and I have seen huge improvements. Zach has really helped me keep doing exercise and helped me think more about how the right food can make you play better golf.

Programmes are top class with videos for all exercises to be fair and nutrition help is very good and is so important to see your training progressing!

The app is more than a set of exercises. It is a true tailored, personal training programme that has improved my fitness and flexibility. I have picked up distance through the bag (around one club and more with the driver) resulting in great results on the course and a reduced handicap (0.7). A couple of third place finishes and a county final -demonstrably great results. A great programme with excellent support and encouragement.
