Did not do as asked to do. Asked for a cancel of my order due to parts never arrived but did not cancel my intire order and gave me a full refund. Just canceled one item even the I said cancel full order.
Not the first time this website is misstreating customers. Will never use drifted and Edwin again.

Ordered a couple Bodies within the EU. Got free shipping - pleasant surprice. Got the pack within 3 days after payment was confirmed. Bank transfer is the cheapest option, but you need to answer to a confirmation mail, so the order wont get canceled. The shop has probably the best deals on Lexan bodies in EU at the moment of this review.I had some trust issues reading the previous comments, but my experience was smooth and fast. When youre from EU, yours will be probably the same

RC Driften leek mij een leuke hobby om op te pakken. Echter was het voor mij erg overweldigend. Ik heb Edwin een e-mail gestuurd of hij wat advies voor mij had. Ik kreeg vrij snel een super compleet antwoord. Uiteindelijk heb ik besloten een MST RMX 2.5 (RTR) te kopen en deze was de volgende dag al op mijn PostNL punt. Toen kwam ik als beginner tot de conclusie dat ik eigenlijk niks snap van LiPo batterijen. Telefonisch heeft Edwin mij geholpen en binnen no-time vloog mijn wagen door de kamer! Kort samengevat: Veel kennis, goed product, snelle levering en super vriendelijk!

Scam! We ordered a joint order with a friend worth more than €450 and it was supposed to be free shipping, but it wasn't.
We filed a complaint, but the answer was that the limit is €500. It still says €450 on the website. The shipping is very expensive anyway and the customer service is rude.
I also know a couple of other similar cases.
I do not recommend.

The shop sent parcel with high cost and when the parcel delays do not help to find out what happent. It is the first time that i paid 30 euros for shipment and the told me that tou must wait 3 weeks

I got an OMG esc which burnt out. The shop asked me to make a video on the issue and send it to them. They send me a new one promptly in response. Very helpful and friendly shop. I can recommend.

Is good for price and products. But once you've got a problem. The customer support is very impaction to explain and not so polite. As a first time customer with problem, I really don't like how they deal with me.

I bought some stuff from drifted, unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and some of the parts were missing, i wrote an email to drifted and i got an answer 20min later, i got a realy nice service and the missing parts was at my door step 2 days later from Netherlands to Denmark...

The service level in this company is just lovely and im happy to recomend and use them as a shop...
