Driftwoodinteriors Opiniones

Keith was super helpful, responsive and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I asked my questions.

The product (window sills) are beautiful. I love them so much.

Great mirror, well made. Perfect for our cottage. Good Communication with the seller and made sure delivery company looked after the mirror

The company was very professional, very helpful, and commutative. The item a wall unit, is absolutely amazing, very heavy and unique, I have had very positive feedback on the piece from people. What to say other than I love it .

Lovely mirror, very unusual and quirky. Was really well packed and delivery was swift and safe, would buy again from this seller

Beautiful mirror so well made and such good quality..was kept informed every step of the way…delivery was the same…very well packed too…thrilled with the mirror and nice to have such good service.

We ordered a coffee table and the very next day Dan phoned to make sure we were going to get the right coloured wood to match our existing items. He even sent some photos of the available stock he had so we could pick the right one. Following confirmation the table arrived the next day, very well packed. The table is superb, just as described. Probably the best service we have had from an online order. Recommended !!!!!

I ordered a large driftwood mirror when it arrived it exceeded my expectations I’m so happy with it, great communication from the get go, delivery was right on time I would not hesitate to order again

My mirror was delivered in good time, packaged very well indeed. The mirror was exactly as it looked in the picture and good quality. I am very pleased with it.

I bought a large driftwood mirror from Driftwood Interiors, and it’s absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is beautiful, it’s incredibly well-made and feels really solid and high quality. It’s now a real feature in our sitting room and always attracts compliments from anyone who visits. It’s such a unique piece that adds so much character to the space.

The customer service was also excellent. The mirror arrived well-packaged and on time, and communication with the company was clear and friendly throughout. I’m so pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Driftwood Interiors to anyone looking for something special.

Beautiful quality mirror, absolutely gorgeous

Love my mirror! Perfect 😍
Quickly arrived and was packaged really well

the Cotswold mirror arrived with back hanging off
sent pictures and was told they would contact the courier, heard nothing, the mirror has a fine crack in it at the top. Very poor considering it was over £200.00 with delivery. Will not purchase from them again, and will pass this onto family and friends. Very poor customer service

Beautifully made, exactly what I wanted - so much more than I expected,
The best communication and customer service, small problem sorted without any hassle - would 100% recommend Keith and Grant - thrilled with my purchase!!

I’m delighted with our purchase, a bespoke farmhouse style rustic mirror, in keeping with our home.

The quality of workmanship is high and the manner in which the item was packaged was very impressive. It has been an all round great buy.

Thank you much appreciated
Rachael

I now have two mirrors from Driftwood Interiors adorning my house! One in the hall [2023] and now [2025] a smaller one in the garden.
These are authentic high quality heavy duty mirrors [very heavy!] and I love them because the frames are thick enough to display small items, ie; candles or mini pot plants.

I had a few queries with the second mirror I ordered, as it was not as expected when it arrived. However subsequent communication with Driftwood Interiors was very good. Of course issues may sometimes arise & I would suggest to ‘bad’ reviewers that if they approach this company for a resolution politely & with an open mind, they might get a better result.

So – the replacement mirror I was eventually sent was hand made to my specifications despite some health issues experienced by Keith. Driftwood Interiors went above & beyond to deliver the goods & I am more than happy with my purchase!

Informed company not to allow parcel to be left, it got left and wasn't at my address when I arrived home. The company said to claim on my home insurance which isn't correct to be done.
They want to just leave me out of pocket and with no mirror.
Court applications are being submitted.
This review will change only if they refund prior to court. If not I'll amend after court.
