Very flavorful and tastes great
Very flavorful and tastes great. Some flavors were strong so put them in 32oz of water instead. 4D helped keep my energy up during my workouts and kept me going throughout the day.

I drink 4d before every workout
I drink 4d before every workout. I had problem with muscle cramps in my legs. Thanks to 4d I haven't had a painful episode of these annoying and painful since I started drinking it.
