Tammy (rep) and Samantha (designer) were wonderful, pleasant, prompt, and effective. DrinkBranders got a high-quality product to us with better turnaround times than anyone else we considered, all for a good price. We'll definitely be back next time we need something similar.

Our organization loved the user…
Our organization loved the user friendly platform. We are returning customers but are extremely disappointed that we ordered almost a month in advance of our event and still haven’t received our order even though the tracking says our order has delivered. We also reached out and have not received word as to why this occurred.

Hello Stephanie, I'm sure you've seen the communication that was sent to you 2 days after this review, but I'll make sure to address it here as well, just in case. I completely understand your frustration, and to say this has been a nightmare situation is an understatement. There are multiple reasons for the delay in your order as we discussed, many completely out of our control, but ultimately this falls on us and we are very sorry for your experience. The important piece is that your original full project was already on the way when you wrote this review and all of your items, plus the 50 additional bottles (on us) as promised.
Bottom line, this is not at all how we typically operate. We've had the pleasure of working with you in the past and are so sorry this experience was not like the others. We'd love to continue to show you how much we value our customers so please reach out directly if there's anything we can do in the future. Great communication with the team
Great communication with the team. They were very patient and accommodated various changes due to product being out of stock. The product itself is high quality and the logo printed came out perfect. We are very happy with the experience and plan on ordering more in the future.

Exceeded expectations from start to finish
The customer service provided was exceptional. I received personalized e-mails and constant updates during the entire process of ordering these bottles. The art we attached to the bottles came out perfectly. The quality of the product exceeded our expectations.

Amazing consumer service (wildly fast…
Amazing consumer service (wildly fast response yo emails) and quality of cups, especially for the price. We bought 130 mugs for recruitment gifts on a tight budget and trust me when I say I did my research and drink branders was far and away the best!

Terrible Customer Experience
Terrible Customer Experience - 33 + emails back and forth with a sales person, to be sent to a "graphic designer" who asked all the same questions covered in the 33 emails previously. Then our rep struggled to contact us to let us know our order was back ordered more than a month. When I emailed to cancel my order - suddenly it was in production "early". So unfortunately nothing can be done.
Meanwhile, we ordered from another vendor with 100% less emails and confusion around our order.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Don't waste your time or money!

We understand that clear communication is key to a smooth project experience, and I can assure you that our team worked diligently to address your needs and keep you updated. Upon reviewing your project, it seems we had multiple interactions between you, our drinkware specialist, and our graphic designer to ensure the artwork and details were aligned with your vision. We also made several adjustments to quotes and mockups based on your requests feedback.
However, I do want to point out that we sent numerous follow-up emails and left several voicemails throughout the process in an attempt to reach you and address questions or concerns that arose during the process. We typically send follow-ups when we don’t hear back from our clients, as we want to make sure nothing is overlooked. Unfortunately, it appears there were delays in communication from your side, which may have led to some frustration on both ends.
We also made efforts to keep you informed about stock issues and potential delays from the manufacturer both prior to and after officially placing your order, and we communicated the availability of your chosen cup color as soon as it became available. Production was initiated once we received your approval and, as we had not received any further input, we proceeded.
After receiving your email expressing dissatisfaction, I personally tried to reach you by phone multiple times to discuss your concerns, but I did not receive a response. We always strive to address issues directly and resolve any misunderstandings as quickly as possible.
I want to reiterate that we value all feedback—both positive and negative—and use it to improve our processes. That said, I’m proud of how our team handled your project, and I believe we did everything we could to deliver the best possible outcome within the circumstances.
Thank you again for your input, and we truly regret that we weren’t able to meet your expectations this time.

Experience was great! We worked with Tammy Miller and Jenne Grub for our product design and they were incredible! So easy to work with and the product was in-hand within weeks of beginning the process. So fast, so easy, and a great product! Very Pleased!

Good product. Meh service
I found the service team to be short and rude. Your system is not great either. Emails with truncated order number. Your ordered by default for look up is payer, not who ordered. I received a shipping notification a week after the product arrived. But mostly, your people were not good to work with. Product was fine.
