Bought 24 of their 16 ounce can electrolyte drinks. After several weeks, their cans starting leaking. Watch out!

We brought LMNT along for my sister’s bachelorette trip to Florida and it was a must-have for our group! With six girls, warm weather, and busy days, having electrolytes on hand made a huge difference. Everyone tried them and kept reaching for more throughout the weekend. Such a great product to have while traveling!

Have very positive experiences with this company. Their customer service is amazing, best I ever experienced. Both my cardiologist and neurologist highly recommended Lmnt salt to potassium ratio, no sugar nor stevia if you order the raw My body really really responds to it well.

Company products are quality made, but the shining thing about this company is their customer service. I had an order that i did not like. After contacting customer service via chat, and yes got a human, they had my problem resolved in 5 minutes. Not only did they promptly offer a replacement of the flavor i did not like, but said no need to return the box of packets to them. They were fast, friendly and I was so pleased. great company!

Never delivered by the company. Barely any email confirmation for my order. Total silence from customer service. Literally money thrown away.
It’s annoying because I liked their electrolytes and now I will never buy from them again.

In August 4th I ordered unflavored electrolytes from the LMNT website and got my confirmation email. Then on Aug 8th I got the tracking number for my order which looked weird so I looked into it and looked like it was a new courier so I thought Id give it a chance. everything looked fine until it landed here and the updates where a day behind and it never turned up but on the website it said delivered but no one came to the house.Their is always someone at home so i didnt miss it. I have email the sender and so fare I have heard nothing. Please stay away from this web site order from else where if from euro. After looking into this I am not the only one this has happened to.UPDATE: Its now 13th Oct and I have NO unflavored electrolytes and No REFUND so I would really recommend avoiding ordering from this web page.

I ordered a sampler from the company website on July 3. They used DHL to ship it. I got an email stating that the package was undeliverable on July 9. I tried contacting LMNT using the link provided in that same email. Crickets. I used the link provided on the company website. Crickets. I tried contacting DHL using the AI assistant and was dumped on a “something went wrong” page 4 times. Tried LMNT again. Still crickets. It is now July 12. No contact, no response, no product, no refund. Stay away from these folks.

I love LMNT sugar free electrolyte packets. I buy the unflavored ones. I did try the Grapefruit salt and variety pack and found that our family was not a fan of the aspartame-like after taste of Stevia. The packets are small, easy to pop in your purse or yoga bag for on the go. Just add to your water. Give it a good shaking and start sipping. I would err on the side of more water to electrolytes. Less salty that way. :) Expect it to be a tad salty. Personal preference, of course.
I contacted LMNT and they were amazing. They refunded the sampler pack then scheduled an order to send out a box of unflavored to replace the Grapefruit pack.
Above and beyond, stellar customer service. It was quick, easy and painless.
I do a lot of hot yoga, and then sauna after. Need the hydration and electrolytes, but don't need or want the sugar. These packets are so easy to pop into my giant water bottle and they replenish what my body needs. I also add fulvic minerals and some phytoplankton drops to my water if I prep ahead of time. Yes. Tastes super weird, but I am getting all the good stuff without any sugar.
I would absolutely recommend LMNT - the packets are convenient. They have a nice variety of flavors - we just like it unflavored.

I feel very sorry for the person whose order must have gone astray! I hope they give LMNT a chance to figure it out.
I've been using LMNT for 3 years or so, and in my case it's not for workout stress, rather for stress-related health reasons. I didn't know before reading about LMNT that the BALANCE of salts in your system could be the cause of water retention and elevated blood pressure.
I can't say the same will happen for everyone, but in my case: I've now got off the blood pressure medicine, I'm no longer waking with leg cramps every night, and I don't retain water anymore, all because my electrolytes are balanced. I've been taking 1/3 - 1/2 of a packet of LMNT a little while before bed most nights, and my sleep has greatly improved. Someone else close to me has had a sudden and tragic loss, and I've given her a supply of LMNT and she's no longer waking with leg cramps either.
Early on, I gave my doctor the info from LMNT to read because he was quite skeptical, not having heard of the product at that time, but it works and makes sense to him. He's on board provided I keep testing my BP on a regular basis and don't overuse it for my personal level of activity. I am feeling so much better overall and am happy to be off that prescription.
One last note - when I recently messed up my order frequency, the representative who helped me was very helpful so I have continued trust in their integrity. Whatever went wrong for the person who was recently deployed without the order having been received, I truly hope they can give this company another try.

Stated 8 - 15 day delivery, now 35 days later and still nothing. I ordered on the basis of a 15 day delivery so I would receive it in time for deployment. I am now away and still it hasn't arrived. Over 2 weeks without any response from the company, I've asked for a refund but no response. Essentially just stolen from me.

I initially received a packet from my esthetician to try & I loved the taste ( habanero , discontinued now ) .
I went online to read about it & found a lot of positives about energy and focus ~ I’m always skeptical , especially with claims to improve overall being ~ but I made the jump because the person that I received it from comes highly respected.
So I ordered 4pack boxes :2 Mango chili , orange , raspberry all are very good .m~ raspberry is most of my family’s fave , MC is mine .
I leave packets at our vacation home for F&F to try & they’re getting great response from everyone.
I’m not an athlete in any way ~I drink only water & eat healthy but my electrolytes are often off during BT , having hbp I was worried this would cause problems for me , but all is good for 8 months now .
I won’t be without it because i honestly do feel better energy that I so needed . I took many packets along to Hawaii, we all filled our water bottles for the hikes .
Honestly, it’s a must try ~ this is even my go to for when I’ve had wine the night before & feel headache yuck the next day & it’s gone with few hours ;-) seems amazing ~ but true !
The company send gift every once in a while to try ( such a kind thing to do ) and I share those as well ~just paying it forward.

It does what it says….so why not a 5? IMHO, half of their flavors are nasty.

I had 3 boxes of a flavor that I didn't care for and they replaced all 3 for free! They have a no questions asked refund policy. Which is fabulous. The electrolyte drink itself is topnotch. Great varieties of flavors. No sugar. 1g carbs. Sodium, potassium and magnesium. Everything your body needs! It has helped alleviate muscles spasms also! Definitely worth it! Great product & Great customer service!

In terms of electrolytes there is a good variety of flavours in this companies products. I liked the ranchy mango chilli really something unique and different. Recommended for those who use saunas alot or sweet a considerable amount .

Other flavours I enjoyed included the watermelon and citrus they also don’t contain any harmful sweetners just stevia
