I have ordered from them for a good year - maybe more and the service varies from mediocre to poor. I foolishly agreed to a subscription service. The order was taken and on the specified date the money was taken from my account. No wine, no contact, no reply to multiple emails, no reply from their online chat, nor any response to multiple phone calls. They really should not take the money until the order is dispatched. SO i can only imagine this is a business in extreme distress, maybe it has gone bust. My last recourse will be to get onto my credit card company and see what they can do...

Easy to order, I had an issue with delivery but the customer service I received was first class and sorted my issue for me . They are a small team so please be patient with them and they do get back to you . I would like to thank Abi -customer experience Manager for the way she handled my query and most importantly the efficiency in which she resolved it.

Fontänen är bra eftersom den är tystlåten och rymmer mycket vatten. Katterna älskar fontänen. Dock är det negativa att "plastfötterna" och olika delar som ingår i fontänen är av dålig kvalité och dyra att köpa extra.

The wines on Drinkwell.com are delicious and as a menopausal woman not wanting to indulge in too many calories also suffering from hot flushes the NO sugar is a TOP QUALITY!!

My only issue is that whenever I go to re-order the site is blocked or 'cannot be found' Please sort this out!!

Very efficient service and I received the delivery really quick, I also appreciated the free delivery offer. My only issue was that I was contacted by the delivery co and I sent safe place instructions at the rear of the property. This was completely ignored and my parcel was left in full view of the main road on the front door step. I have contacted DPD with this info which has also been ignored.

Pleasantly surprised with the taste. Haven't tried all if them yet. The rose was lovely and only 9% so a nice easy drinker. Haven't tried the reds yet.

Great taste. Feels great to drink something with less calories for once!!!

Very fast delivery of our favourite - Skinny Brands lager. Like the fact that the boxes are marked as fragile and which way up they should be stacked. There have been a couple of casualties in unmarked boxes before. We love everything about this lager - the taste, the fact it comes in cans and, obviously, the low carb and calorie content.
