i paid and i didnt recived my order (4 months ago)

after 2 month i contact them to ask about it
they answer after few days and asked me for the item code, but they didnt send me code when i bought it, i sent them then screen shot and they answer again after few days, they said something like its cost more so you need to buy more, i said no i need my money back please, and it was 1 month ago since that

Your paid for your shirt and your requested the custom name and number but then when we sent you an invoice to pay for it, you did not pay for it, we emailed you so many times but the email you gave us had a typo and that it why we could not get to you. As requested we have processed your refund now.

Worst customer service ever. No action taken. Expect response after several days

Very BAD customer service. Be aware that if you ask for refund they won't reply. My package did not arrive and there were no updates in the tracking for more than a week after arriving my country. I contacted DP several times and no action was taken, I asked for the refund and no response no action from their side. I decided to contact the Shipping company in Dubai VNLIN very bad also no response. Finally, I decided to go to the warehouse of the shipping company and sort out the issue by myself (wrong telephone number) the one input my order was correct. Got my package 2 days after, as they didn't have it in that specific location.
Up Today, I have not received a response from Dripped Collectives. I only received three emails with the same template response, saying to wait.
Very disappointed never order again!
Notes to add to DP's response :
I am absolutely disappointed that they have not acknowledged their oversight. Instead, they are trying to pass the blame to me, the customer. The data input in my order was 100% correct. The screenshot is proof. The shipping company got it incorrect, and I highlighted this, but nobody from the DP team took 5 minutes to contact them. A mistake passing the data from one company to another may have happened, not a big deal, but this is not the point. The point is the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and no action of Dripped Collectives. Be aware if something happens to your order, you will be stuck forever trying to get a respond or refund.

This is Ebenezer, Owner of Dripped Collectives (Not a customer agent)

We genuinely understand your frustration but we would just like to clarify some things with some proof as well.

The first thing is that we get thousands of emails every day, and we cannot always reply to all as we are still a small team.

Secondly, in a previous email we gave you the estimated delivery date for your parcel (Image proof attached below) and all you had to do was be patient and what for it to be delivered, there was no need going to any warehouses or shops except the delivery company instructed you to do so.

When we ship orders, we ship them with an international courier, when they then arrive in your country, a local courier (Vnlin) takes charge of it which we do not really have direct contact with.

As said in our previous email, your order was meant to be delivered between 26th of March and 3rd of April, on the 29th of march, they tried to deliver it to you, they called you many times and there was no response, you contacted us about it and we said you should be patient that they will try redeliver it again, to which you then decided to drive all the way to the warehouse which again was not necessary.

You currently claim that the reason they could not reach you was because of the wrong phone number to which this is true, but honestly it was a fault on your end and not our end, when you placed your order you put the wrong phone number in your shipping address and you put a different phone number in your billing address. I have attached 2 proofs of this, one from our back end system and also one from emails (Which I have forwarded to you) to show you that this is true, you can also check your confirmation email to verify this.

When we ship orders we use the details from the shipping address as logically that make sense, usually the billing address is the address where the card was registered so we used the details from your shipping address which the phone number was wrong.

Summarizing this, if the phone number was not inputted wrongly, your order should have been delivered on the 29ht of march 2025.

The reason we are going into this extensively is due to the recent review you left on our trustpilot. Dripped Collectives is not a scam company, or one that offers bad service as you are claiming it to be, the reason we have a couple negative reviews (with all due respect) is due to similar customers like yourself who makes slight mistakes on your order and then blame it all on us in the review section, genuinely speaking the amount of customers we get that put the wrong address is quite bad.

And We Get It, everyone makes mistakes, that's why we are trying to come to a solution given these explanations that if you could kindly take away the negative review, we are happy to give you a 10% Refund of what you paid and a $10 Gift voucher for your potential next order.
