I ordered back early January and here it is February and I still have not received my order. 7-15 Days my a$$ .This is the WORST company .NO CLEAR RESPONSE NO NUMBER TO CALL. THEIR TRACKING IS FAKE . Do NOT ORDER FROM DRIPYOX THEIR HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT SEND YOUR ORDER. OR GIVE YOU A REFUND. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !
Going on three months, they took my money and my order is still not here!🤬
I ordered on 12/30/25. Went through the whole process. Said it was delivered on 2/2/26. Never received anything. I tried to call the contact number but the call never would go thru. It was suppose to had been delivered by Track718. I even tried to contact them and nothing. By what I have read Track718 is not a real delivery company. I even has someone at the post office try to find it for me and they could not either. I requested a full refund but ain't received nothing yet. Both the company and delivery company are fake.

Worst company. The first time I placed an order, I received an order confirmation and tracking number. I tracked the order number everyday. It went from china to US and my door under a week. But nothing was delivered. I contacted the company and I received another tracking for another order. A few days later it stated it was delivered and NOTHING. I reached out to back to the company and was told that I would receive a 70% refund. I demanded a full refund. They are full of shit and not reliable. The refund will take 15-25 working days. Full of shit. Worst company. The original order was placed on November.
From ordering to delivery, everything went fairly smoothly. The product works as expected and feels like good value for money. I haven’t had any issues so far and would consider buying again if needed.
