My husband just passed today with Talal. He is honestly the best instructor in Luton. We’ve had other instructors prior to coming to Talal and Drive Gate but honestly his teaching really helped my husband pass. If you want the best automatic instructor or manual Talal and drive gate are you people. No messing around get you passed in no time.
I was an anxious and nervous driver, but Talal helped me overcome my fear and build my confidence. I booked intensive driving lessons in Luton and Drive Gate also helped me get an early test date, which was a massive help. Definitely one of the best driving schools covering LU1 to LU5. I had a brilliant experience with Drive Gate Driving School. Huge thanks to Talal for helping me pass first time in Letchworth after completing an intensive driving course. He was always calm, patient, and knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that made learning easy and stress-free. I felt confident going into my test thanks to his support. I needed to pass my driving test in Luton quickly and Drive Gate Driving School Luton made it happen. My instructor Ahmad was incredibly knowledgeable about the Luton test routes and prepared me fully with mock tests before my actual test day. I passed first time with 0 minors. Amazing service from the admin and my instructor Talal. Helped me passed with only 5 lessons and without wasting my time and money. Talal is the best auto instructor in town
The driving instructor they arranged for me, Ahmad, was not really up to the standard expected. He skipped over a lot of the basic fundamentals of driving, to the point where I had to specifically ask him about certain situations before getting an explanation. His accent was also very difficult to understand sometimes and he had a habit of talking in a low voice, almost a whisper, which only exacerbated this issue. I really would advise people to avoid this service as they clearly don't have any quality control with the drivers they partner with.

Our instructors are fully qualified and expected to cover all aspects of the driving syllabus at a pace appropriate to each learner’s progress. If you ever felt certain topics had not been covered, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address this during your lessons. We have no previous record of these concerns being raised with us.
Regarding your comments about our instructor’s accent, our instructors come from diverse backgrounds, and all are DVSA-approved professionals. We appreciate that communication preferences vary, but we do not believe this is a fair reflection of the instructor’s ability or professionalism.
Finally, we strongly disagree with the suggestion that we lack quality control. We regularly monitor feedback, work closely with our instructors, and take customer concerns seriously. Had you contacted us directly, we would have investigated your concerns and worked towards a resolution.
