Passed the tests confidently, but there's room for improvement
Ammended review. Initialy rated 1 star for absence of custommer support for over two working days. Once my issue was resolved i got to working on my LGV CPC part 2 learning. I like how the platform expects you to read theory in small chunks and then ensures you understood it by using revision questions. What I didn't like as much is the poor navigation on site, CPC not available on app, very few illustrations, which could be really helpful for better understanding, a bit too much thined down on the chapter about the HGV itself. Regardless, after about 2.5 weeks of learning I passed with 47 out of 50 answers correct so the platform did the job for me.

we have been calling for the past 30 minutes and everytime they say people are busy and can’t pick up. all we want to do is cancel our theory and get a refund yet they won’t answer anything. joke of a company

Go through a gov site for £23 and not £49 with Driving Theory 4 All
Go directly through a government booking site for a £23 charge.
This agency charges £49 and are not good at replying to emails or calls.
They sent me an email with the test date but no time and I sent them emails and called them but no replies.
I called the test centre directly and they informed me of the details.
Not a scam site but for that quite large surcharge I would expect far better service

I strongly believe that your service is…
I strongly believe that your service is a complete scam, and I would advise people not to trust it. Your operations are very similar to misleading Facebook and Telegram channels that lure customers into paying money and then disappear.
Once payment is made, there is no proper service, no refund, and not a single penny is returned. The only responses received are generic messages such as “contact us,” which appear to be fake and lead to no resolution.
This is highly misleading and unacceptable.

Check waiting times for theory tests….does not do this at all. It just says “tests available”. Of course they are ! Every test centre has tests available. You lured me in with an empty promise.

This company are genuine scam don't…
This company are genuine scam don't fall victim like we did. They are now in debt to us and we will get our money back one way or another. Foolish company. Edit you have scammed my wife for £44 unlimited resits for theory test she went and they said she's not on the system and theory is only £23 and they don't take 3rd partie bookings from yourself so your a scam.

As every other review says, I booked an unlimited resit package but they do NOT honour it. Instead they close your account on the day of your test and you have to pay a fee to reactivate it! This was not explained when I signed up. Con artists. They'll probably reply to this with the same generic reply they give to everyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Once your theory test has been rebooked, your account will reopen and expire on the date of your new test.

Shocking
Shocking.
My son booked his theory through this site. Paid nearly £50 for it and he failed.
He downloaded the link sent to him via email and it was only was for hazard perception. Had to pay more for him to access his account as it expired. Only to find out (after I, a grown adult) scowered their website to find out he had find their official app to use so he won’t be entitled to free resists (despite only the hazard perception link sent in the email)
In all, paid about £60 for one theory test.
Prays on teens just starting out in life and doesn’t make the terms clear. Can’t get through to anyone

Our theory test practise app includes everything you need to pass, both multiple choices questions and hazard perception.
When the app is downloaded you need to log in to your account, the details of which are included in the same email you received your test date in. This will provide you with a full account on our app.
The criteria regarding the free re-sits is available on our website homepage, as well as being included in your receipt email and your test date email.
We are fully approved by Trading Standards and are part of their 'Buy with Confidence' scheme and therefore are not 'praying' on any of our customers.

No customer support!!!
I booked a test with the my theory app and and this one and have had no customer support at all no matter how hard I've tried, I only wished to cancel my test and get a refund due to the website being a SCAM!!! But no luck!!!!!

If you don’t pass and meet those requirements, we'll book your next theory test for you and extend your theory training account to the date and time of that new test, so you can keep training without a gap.

I paid for my son, and I was promptly to be sent a code for access. However, to date, we have not received anything. When I called, no one answered, and I left a message, but I still have not heard from them. Luckily, without their help, my son passed his test. Please avoid these scammers. I am trying to get a refund.

Would rate zero if I could. The system had technical glitches for the hazard perception part and even though I asked their support to sort out, no luck. Takes days to get any input. Asked for full to partial refund and told to get lost. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Pt2: you respond much quicker on reviews than while actually being a paying customer reporting issues. You are also trying to publicly make the interaction and facts hyper- positive while I let you know I was unable to use the software to review progress or results from completing the videos which is critical. I supplied screenshots but when I mentioned a refund, you came up with even more barriers and chasing tails and admin for me to do your job and an obvious attempt to make me go away. Pathetic.

Absolute scam. 'Unlimited free resits!' But you have to engage with our insanely poorly made videos in order to claim resits. How is this allowed to exist?

Generally wouldn't put any stars given the opportunity- this company will simply rob you of yr money. Like all the other reviews I paid £49.00 for endless re sits which do not exist- went to book a futher resist to be asked for a further £49.00 - phones are never answered - endless messages left for a call back - emails sent shocking no response SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE THIS SITE ITS A SCAM - THIEVES - as for the lame response - ask yrself this - why is every review stating the same so clearly you are scamming people we cannot all be wrong- trading standards hysterical because you have been reported to them

Utter disgraceful… no response from customer service emails. I feel let down that they are robbing teenagers money. My daughter paid for unlimited tests, she is a student !!!

They take ur money
They take ur money, which is £49, for free resits and then they say u have to do mock tests to get the free resits but they take your money before you reach the criteria to get what you have paid for.
I wrote to them complaining and they said they couldn’t do anything and wanted me to pay another £30 just to do it all over again don’t buy from them it’s a joke and a scam.
