I had a deep Ultraclear treatment with Dr Ward.

She was patient and kind, asking about my main concerns, and adjusting treatment to address them accordingly.

The treatment itself was completely manageable due to topical numbing cream. It felt a bit warm and prickling in areas, but there was no severe pain.

I had a deep Ultraclear laser treatment at the Rakus clinic with Dr Jo Ward. The experience was fantastic. I felt very well prepared and looked after throughout the whole process. I was warned that the type of result I was after would require 7 days of downtime. Which was fine. I was motivated to get a great result. The procedure itself was much less painful than I expected and I was told exactly how to look after my skin afterwards. The results have been fantastic and my whole experience was very positive. I would highly recommend the Ultraclear laser if you want skin tightening and have mature skin. It’s the only truly corrective skin tightening treatment that I’ve had I am thrilled.

I paid up front for a laser treatment (£1870), an Obagi pigmentation skin set (£600 - hopeless - skip that one girls), an online consultation (£150), and a deposit fee for filler with Dr Ward (£250),
The laser treatment with by Dr Ward's assistant was very nice.
There was an administrative misunderstanding, where my deposit was kept, however I contacted Dr Ward and it was returned. If you have any administrative issues it is advisable to contact Dr Ward personally by email.

I recently visited Dr.Ward for treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease.

Dr Ward took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, including what to expect, potential side effects, and the results I could realistically achieve. I really appreciated how honest and informative the consultation was—there was no pressure, just clear guidanc.

Commercial doctor who won't deal with you if you are educated and are aware of risks. Which shows me her confidence level in herself in very low. Be sure to ask everything that could go wrong, including vascular occlusion which could cause blindness from any type of filler or hyaluronic acid injections. Paid for a consultation, waited with no reception for 15 mins knocking on door with no answer. When they eventually opened they had no previous customer there which was shocking and very rude to keep me waiting. Discussed concerns and risks. When tried to book an appointment 7 months ago I was then told there was a waiting list and until now no response back. Don't pay for a consultation she is very Commercial and won't see if you know all the official rules of this industry and its risks. These types of doctors stop caring about the patients and only try to make quick wins money. If she knows you are the type of person who is worried about the risks and the risks are high, she will take your consultation money, waste your time then no response back. Very rude and unprofessional.

I went to Dr Ward as I trusted her, after researching online, I just wanted a subtle refreshed look around my mouth. I am so pleased with the result and absolutely recommend her, I will be returning.

If you’re looking for holistic facial rejuvenation, Dr Jo Ward is incredible. She delivers natural-looking results, and I’ve been seeing her for years — I’ve never looked better.

Jo is the master when it comes to filler! This is the second time I’ve been to have filler with Jo and just wow- I had my lips and tear troughs done and wanted them to look super natural. I just can’t explain how professional she is as well as an absolute master of her craft!

I have been to many different doctors and aestheticians over the years but I can honestly say Dr Johanna is the absolute best.
I am so fussy as I like a very natural look but want no lines and youthful looking skin. I have had fillers and botox with Dr Johanna and you would never even know it, I look so much younger without looking like I have had any work done at all.
Not only are the injectables the best I have had, I have also had many face and body treatments done at her clinic and they have been incredible, I cannot recommend her enough. I have had so many compliments on how good my skin looks, I have sent many people her way and they are so happy.
