I’ve just recently come back from having surgery in Turkey and have to say I wasn’t overall impressed with the service I was given. A few of the staff members English was quite bad and made me feel quite vulnerable. I was asked when I arrived if I had any allergies and I told them that I can’t eat dairy or gluten, yet they served this to me at every meal time. I also had surgery on my face so I could barely open my mouth or eat. They did give me soup but the hard things they gave me I couldn’t eat because it couldn’t fit it my mouth. The meal times were far too early. They served lunch at 11.30 in the morning (their time) which would have been 8.30 English time. Dinner was at 5pm which again is lunch time in England. I was starving most days and ordered food in because it couldn’t live off the food that they served. I asked for hot water to have some tea that I bought with me but they had to take it from the canteen on the ground floor. The noise was ridiculous in the whole time I was there, there’s a lot of traffic outside the hotel with lots of beeping and none of the staff had any consideration during the night to keep quiet. I had 1 decent night sleep in my whole stay and I went for 6 days. I was advised before I went that I would only stay in the hospital for 1/2 nights but I ended up staying there for most of my stay. It was only the night before they sent me to the hotel but no one explained to me why they were keeping me at the hospital. I spent a lot of money for different procedures and don’t feel I received the care that I would expect to have received for a private patient. There was no consideration for my food choices given that couldn’t eat most of what they served me due to my allergies. The whole experience made me feel quite low and as soon as I was sent to the hotel I perked up a bit. The doctor on the other hand was very good at English and explained things in detail and I felt very comfortable in him and was he was saying/advising, it was just the other things that lacked any effort so I am reluctant to give them as a recommendation.

I’m so happy with my results I had fox eye upper and lower eyelids and lip lift with fat transfer to my face

Dr Kerim also corrected my breast where I had 3 very bad surgery’s done in the uk.

I honestly can’t thank him enough :) you can see my results on his instagram and I’ve referred some of my friends to him I will be back if I need anything else in future

I had a gynocomostia and lipo360 with argon plasma and a hair transplant.
The hotel accommodation was nice, the staff there was helpful more times than not and it was a pleasant place to recover.
The drivers that picked us up and took us between the hospital and the hotel and the airport were fantastic; they were extremely helpful and always happy to do what they could to help us in and out of the van and to remind us to be careful with the step and the doors.
The hospital was very nice; state of the art and very comfortable. All of the people that work for Dr. Kerim are all very nice and compassionate. Dr Kerium and his wife met with me prior to my surgery to show me in the mirror and talk about what we were going to do and his thoughts and recommendations. I was a bit scared and anxious as this was the first non elective surgery I was doing - ever. My wife had surgery the day before me and was recovering in her room. Dr. Kerim and his staff made us feel like guests not just paying patients- they were there to do everything they could for us and they did everything they could to make us feel at ease.
I had nothing but a great experience and would absolutely recommend this place and the Dr.
I had my hair graft the day prior at another hospital and with another Dr. that works with them. It was also a great experience (painful lol) but I’m happy with the way things are turning out so far. Thank you all so very much! I also want to say how great the staff is that answered the messages, they are always responsive and always do their best to help with everything! This was a great experience and they are great people! The nurses treated us with care and were always there to help with a gentle touch, thank you!!

My experience with Dr Kerim was amazing 👏 😍!!! I arrived to the clinic on 7.10.2024...at the airport I was met by a driver of Dr Kerim.In the 7th I was checked in the hospital room and I met some of the staff of Dr Kerim ...then for the rest of the day just rest...The next day in the morning I have done my blood test and of course I had the pleasure of meeting the doctor and talking about the operation will go...what to expect and how the final result will come out.
I was very scared but the Dr knew exactly what , when and how to say at the right moment ..so after that I felt more relaxed and confident. I had Rinoplasty and breast argumentation ..both with an beautiful result. To be honest yeah..there is pain but with the nurseries provided by the doctors that are always available to help you with painkillers. Dr Kerim was very present too and always having update about how I am feeling thorough his private nurses who were very carefully with me all the time.
All the staff tried to make me feel as good as possible,an irreproachable service! Even the food in the hospital was very good!
A few hours before departure, I had to change the destination to return home and obviously this meant a change in attitude for the drivers who accompanied us to the airport,but even in a very limited and restricted time it was possible to reach the destination that was not in the plan, and for that I can only be grateful!
For the wonderful results but also for all the support offered by the doctor and all his staff, I can only recommend them with all my heart !! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for not regretting the choice I made!!!

I had the most amazing experience getting breast implants with blanc surgery! Dr Kerim was so lovely and easy to talk to, he made me feel very comfortable and safe. I liked how when explaining what I wanted done he said that he will only do what is safe for me as every person/surgery is completely different. He has really transformed me into a confident woman by working his magic! The care I was given after surgery was like no other, the nurses literally babied me and checked on me constantly. Nurse Nur was amazing, she took care of me in the days, she made me feel comfortable and always made me laugh and smile! Nurse Samaya (could be spelling that wrong) took care of me at night time along with a few others. Nurse Samaya is such a sweetheart if she didn’t understand me very well she would always use a translater on her phone to make sure we were communicating perfectly, she has a real heart of gold I’d say she treated me like a little sister, she gave me the best hugs when I was feeling pain. I cannot recommend it enough, the hotel we stayed in was 5 star and it was just beautiful it had a huge gym, inside pool, play room for kids, 2 restaurants with really delicious food and so much more! You are really treated like royalty, and for the price you pay it’s just unbelievable. I cannot thank dr kerim, dr elif and all of the beautiful nurses enough for my amazing experience.

This doctor is terrible. He leaves scars and when you bring up concerns he ignores you. He has a wife and daughters. His patients are dominantly female. He has no respect for women and the outcome he is providing. He leaves you with SCARS and KELOIDS. I'm from the USA. His standards are not European Board certified standards. Please write to the European board of surgeons of you feel that you have had the same disappointment in outcomes. He sees 3-5 patients a day. For surgeries like facelift and rhinoplasty. He should be only seeing 1 patients a day. As others have stated, he is charging for surgeries and not actually performing them. For example he will tell you that you had a cheek lift but what he does instead is inject fat into your cheeks. Please please please don't make the same mistake I did. These girls who are claiming to be happy have low standards. The practice has completely ignored me. Dogu is who I was communicating with. They are easy to take your money and easier to leave you stranded. Go somewhere else. His techniques are lazy and unethical.

I first came to Kerim December 2022 for my rhinoplasty and upper blepharoplasty surgery.

I was so happy with the results and really feel it was the best decision I made.

I then decided to come back to Kerim this September 2024 for him to give me a reverse tummy tuck and for him to correct my breast scarring from a famous surgeon in London.

So far I’m very happy and can already tell that the scarring is going to better as it’s neater and tighter.

His team are excellent especially Nurse Nur. She is fantastic and really has made this experience so easy and comfortable for me. His whole team are lovely and I feel in safe hands.

I would highly recommend Kerim and his team in Istanbul.

Absolutely outstanding surgeon, I had tummy tuck and 360 lipo and new boobs with uplift , I’ve been following Dr Kerim for few years now saved up , to have my surgery with him , the hospital was so clean the nurses were fantastic, my friend came with me , the hospital had a bed for her we were both fed lovely food, stayed a couple of nights , then back to 5 star hotel where nurse Nur came everyday , was right there on phone if you needed ask or needed her for anything, pain wise was painful when I woke up but nurses quickly settle you, by day 7 I was out visiting the mosque, had lovely day walked around few hours flight home easy! Been 14 weeks and I’m all healed no pain over the moon with my results . I’ve read a few things i totally would say were not true about the hospital etc,, I’m so pleased going back for face next year . Communication was fantastic, in fact I still talk to Nur the nurse now she’s amazing very very professional. I only regret I didn’t do it sooner x

I recently had breast implants done by Dr Kerim , i am just over 5 weeks from having it done and day by day they are getting there slowly, the service that I revieved was great , between the pick up from airport , the hotel the hospital stay and the after care was good. My son and my husband also was allowed to stay with me over might which was very comforting especially after having the op, I would strongly recommend this surgeon, as we got passed on to him through a friend that also used him for surgery...

Hey girlies, I’m 2 months and a half post op, I’ve had a BBL ( arms, 360, inner tights lipo). I want to start by saying that I was very scared as BBL is one of the most dangerous plastic surgeries, so I had a hard time finding the right surgeon. I’ve come across Dr Kerim and after doing so much research i decided to go with him, and honestly that was one of the best decisions in my life. Dr Kerim made me regain my confidence and fall in love with myself and my body again.❤️ From the very start, his team handled everything seamlessly — from the airport transfer to the hotel arrangements — everyone was so thoughtful and friendly. On the day of surgery, Dr. Kerim took the time to listen to all my concerns. I ended up staying in the hospital for three days, which is a bit longer than usual, as I felt pretty weak and nervous. But I have to say, the care I received was incredible. His team was there for me day and night, ensuring I was comfortable and supported.
!!!! One thing I will say is definitely!!!! get someone with you as after surgery you can’t really move and the nurses don’t really speak English.!!!!! I want to thank Nur nurse especially for being so supportive and kind to me, that meant so much for me.🤗 Overall the room in the hospital was so nice, the food was amazing and Dr Kerim would always check on me and get me to do so many tests to make sure everything is ok before sending me home. I felt a lot of pain for the first month, Dr Kerim made sure I had enough painkillers, so please before going with this surgery make sure you know what to expect post op, recovery is super hard and you have to have a lot of patience, someone with you at all time and trust the process, results are worth it.🤩Girls if you are looking for the right doctor for a BBL procedure I, one million percent recommend to go with doctor Kerim. I’m forever grateful.❤️

I got face, neck and cheek lift, rhinoplasty, fox eyes, lip lift, upper and lower eyelid surgery with Dr Karim Unal at blanc surgery about 3 months ago on June 6,2024. I am in love with my results. He gave me exactly what I asked for. The surgery is not painful at all. Although I’m still healing with mild discomfort, I look amazing.

I really felt I was in a safe hand the very first moment I talked to him. I loved how he showed me before the surgery in front of the Mirror what would the results be and it truly ended up exactly the same as expected which is really no kidding 10 years younger. I’m 38 people guessing my age 20s.

I had deep plane lower face surgery and neck lift. I have had this before so I knew what to expect. I now wish I had never used this surgeon.
Initial communication wasn't great, pick up was good, hotel was fine, but, my consultation with the surgeon was approx. 5 minutes with options to choose more surgery which I didn't opt for as I already felt uncomfortable with the process. I woke up in extreme pain (everyone who had surgery did - I didn't experience this previously) with a nurse shouting at me.
Aftercare was virtually non existent...10 minute visit each day.
Scarring is horrendous! As mentioned by other people it is keloid and not at all discreet as I'd previously had.
I also don't believe deep plane was performed, it just looks like the skin has been lifted on the neck as there is no change in before and after pictures from the front.
I complained about this and was told I could go for revision surgery, but, there is no way I would let this surgeon operate on me again so I am having to get a lawyer now.
I kept in touch with 2 other women who had surgery at the same time and both are unhappy with their results. One has opted for revision work.
The person dealing with my complaint was rude (saying I had wrinkles) and inept (sending me pictures of another patient).
This was a very expensive, painful and overall disappointing experience and I would advise anyone who's reading this to choose another surgeon for their surgery.

Well what can I say!! I have just returned to dr.kerim for my second surgery this year I had a mummy make over in January and I am so happy with it! And have just returned in August for a rhinoplasty and It is looking unreal already and I’m only 3 weeks post op! So still a lot of swelling so I can’t wait to see the final result! The care from the moment u get of that plane is amazing the drivers are lovely! The staff when you get to the hospital are so helpful and lovely make u feel safe dr Kerim himself is just amazing and really listens to what it is you want and recommends what is best and I’m always happy! Dr elif and nurse Nur are also amazing and if you need anything message back straight away! They also come out to the hotel to check on you! I am glad I chose to come back to you and I will be returning next year! Thankyou so much 🫶🏽❤️xxx

Had an amazing experience with Dr Kerim. Done such a good job with my replacement breast implants. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

I am currently recovering from face work in Istanbul after having surgery with Dr. Unal a few days ago. Although I am very swollen I can already tell that I love the results of Dr. Unal’s work. I deliberated for a year to come to Turkey and was looking at Dr. Unal’s site for quite some time. At 45 years of age, I wanted to give my face a tune up and believed I could achieve these results with Dr. Unal. I was a little hesitant to come alone in a country that is foreign to me. The minute I stepped outside the airport, my driver was waiting for me with clearly marked sign. Took my luggage to a beautiful luxury Maybach and ensured I had a bottle of water. The hotel is extremely clean and my room is beautiful. I waited for instructions and was picked up from my hotel promptly the next morning for my surgery. I met Dr. Unal and his lovely wife the next morning. He asked what concerns were. He listened very carefully and gave me his honest opinions. He even talked me out of a surgery I thought I needed, instead suggesting a minimal alternative. I will 100 percent with confidence promise you that this doctor is not money hungry and does not look to upsell you on anything. He listens intently and offers you an honest opinion. I trust his judgment and his wife was extremely accommodating and understanding when discussing finances. I stayed one night in the hospital and the next day was driven back to the hotel. Everything went well and the best part is Nurse Nur who comes to check on you daily, ensuring I am clean and following post op instructions. She is very warm and I feel very comfortable with her. I had multiple procedures done on my face and am very bruised and swollen. This isn’t my first rodeo with elective surgery and understand the healing process. Even with my heavy swelling and bruising I can see Dr. Unal has more than exceeded my expectations. I am very impressed with the professionalism and class from this practice and trust I will return in the future. You will not regret choosing Dr. Unal as your surgeon, he is an incredible choice.

Left my partner severely flawed post surgery and took no accountability for it. They are happy to take your money but never consider giving some/all back when the job is not delivered as paid for.

Do your research. Far better surgeons in Turkey that will produce quality results and/or help when things don't go right.

Since this surgery, we've had to do the surgery again in our home country to fix this errors. Costing over 30k in total. Not to mention the scars he left my partner with being so noticeable and not discrete whatsoever. It's like he just cut where ever he wanted. Our new surgeon did a far better job with tiny incisions in hidden places so you'd never know surgery was performed.

Expensive lesson. We do NOT recommend.

I have to say, I have had my breasts done previously years ago in the UK and I had a better experience with Dr Kerim Unal. There’s very minimal scarring, the aftercare was amazing and for the price everything you need is included. Brilliant treatment from start to finish. Loved my hotel nurse she was lovely and made me feel at ease. My results speak for themselves I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Kerim, his wife and staff are lovely and I had a great consultation where I was advised on what to do for my treatment. ( I knew Dr Kerim from couple years ago when he did my liposuction and I managed to find him to see he has his own clinic, I loved the liposuction results ) They took their time in explaining and showing me as I was unsure. My surgery was delayed by thew more hours than expected but in the end it happened 7pm. The only negative is that some staff have no spoken or understanding of English so having to always use Google translate can get annoying. But I guess that’s why we come to Turkey and pay Turkey prices as we can’t have it all! I was very lucky with the nurse on night shift after my surgery as she spoke English and was very caring. Some nurses did have a bit of an attitude and didn’t really listen but I am unsure if this is due to language barrier. You do have to chase them up if you need painkillers, so make sure someone comes with you to help! Going downstairs was comfy as they take you in the bed and was little scary downstairs as they don’t sedate in a different room to where you will have your surgery, but maybe that’s how they do things in Turkey. I really appreciated Dr Kerim listening to me before surgery and giving me double anti sickness as I usually get really sick after waking up from anaesthesia but, this time was fresh as a daisy. It was scary waking up and unable to see from swelling but that’s all normal. Around 1h after surgery I was running around even going downstairs with my drip even though unable to see :))) the pain was horrible after surgery but soon as they connect you to IV painkiller it feels good. I was free to go next morning back to my beautiful hotel where I can rest until going home. The transfer was beautiful Marcades van with selling lights and massage chair, and the hotel was beautiful where we got an upgrade. I actually enjoyed the bruised up after surgery look lol as it looked like I had eyeshadow on :))) the recovery was more annoying then painful but was good. My results were more subtle than I wanted and it’s been 1 month, I did say I wanted more natural but my eyebrow dropped more than I wanted, however the cut eye, the fat transfer to my under eye and my under chin lipo looks amazing !!!!!!
