Accompanied my friend for surgery. The communication was great ahead of travelling, our driver for the transfer was waiting at the agreed location when we landed. The same driver picked us up for the hospital. Dr Kerim & his wife are lovely, spending a lot of time to make sure all questions were answered and fully informed. Nurse Nur is amazing! So friendly and helpful. The hospital allow you one guest to stay with you, very clean and overall an easy straight forward experience.

I recently had a Rhinoplasty with Dr Kerim, I knew I was in good hands as I’d been watching Dr Kerim’s Rhinoplasty surgery results for 3 years prior to booking. During my consultation he listened to my concerns and expectations from the surgery, then summarised what he could do for me. Personally I am extremely happy with the result I 100% happier and more confident in myself even 2 weeks post op. The hospital staff were great, and I was happy with Denizz the hotel nurse who was very kind and popped in to check on me twice a day. In addition the location of the hotel was great, its is a 10 minute walk from a local mall and a 5 minute drive to Istanbul Mall. I will definitely return to Dr Kerim for procedures in the near future.

Die Operation bei Dr. Ünal war ein Albtraum. Ich hatte im Juni 2023 eine BBL + Mini Face Lift bei ihm, mit Fettabsaugungen an den Armen, Beinen und am Bauch. Ich habe bis dahin nur gutes über Dr. Ünal gehört und ich habe keinen anderen Arzt gefunden, der diese 2 Operationen in einer OP macht, daher habe ich mich für Dr. Ünal entschieden! Ein großer Fehler!

2 Nächte nach der Operation hat er mich mit 8 Drainagen! In einem sehr schlechten Allgemeinzustand nachhause geschickt. Ich hatte tagelang hohes Fieber und Schwindel, ich wusste nicht was mit mir los ist und es wurde nicht besser, ich dachte echt ich werde sterben. Zudem hatte ich auch noch sehr starke Wassereinlagerungen, ich habe nach der OP fast 8 Kilo mehr gewogen und meine Periode nicht mehr bekommen.

Das war der medizinische Teil, leider sieht der ästhetische Teil nicht besser aus. Die Narben von der Fettabsaugung sind sehr auffällig und mein Bauch ist nicht eben. Ich habe quasi ein Loch über meinen Bauchnabel und 6 Monate!!! nach der Operation immer noch blaue Flecken an den Rippen. Ich kann nie wieder schwimmen gehen oder ein kurzes Oberteil anziehen, es sieht aus als hätte mich jemand zusammengeschlagen! Zusätzlich sind auch noch meine beiden Oberschenkel über den Knien taub. Ich fühle dort nichts! Ich glaube meine Nerven sind geschädigt!

Ich kann Dr. Ünal überhaupt nicht empfehlen! Ich hatte schon einige Schönheitsoperation aber sowas ist mir noch nie passiert!

PS: Was auch noch sehr schlimm für mich war, ist das ich mit einem Katheter in meiner Blase von der OP aufgewacht bin. Das wurde überhaupt nicht mit mir abgesprochen, das der Arzt mich an meinen Intimbereich anfasst! Wer hat ihm das erlaubt mich dort anzufassen? Er ist so unprofessionell, ich wünschte, ich könnte ihm 0 Sterne geben.

What an amazing company! Me and my wife got a face lift, upper and lower eye lid treatment with some fat translate to my jaw.

We are so pleased with the results!

I came to Dr Kerim for 360 Lipo and Breast uplift with implants.

I am very happy with my whole experience.

Dr Kerim , and his team were very helpful and attentive. They were always at hand if I had any questions. I’m so happy with my results , I’m 40 years old and my body looks the best it’s ever looked ! I love my breasts , my scars are very minimal , I have had so many positive comments about my surgery.

Nurse nur and Nurse Deniz , who did the aftercare were very reassuring , the care continued at the hotel after discharge.

I would highly recommend , in my experience I feel like Dr Kerim is very professional and does what needs to be done with safe boundaries.

Awful they were very absent throughout the whole process as soon as I got home I noticed hardly anything different having implants liposuction they said they did breast uplift no scars to prove I did when I needed one.They also said I had a tummy tuck and all u see is a scar no difference atall what so ever I asked for other surgery and the dr K was adamant I didn’t need it when I did. 3 months down the line I look exactly the same with hardly any fat removal one assistant said they took 1 litre of fat out on my certificate it says 4 litre-and when I sent very upsetting pictures back to them no one in 3 months has even responded some of the girls I stayed with all of them are not happy atall with there results definitely would not go back please check into everything before going or at least making sure you have a guarantee they are quick to take your money but not to get in touch devistating when our heath and bodies are changed for ever

everything was extremely organized and planned. I felt very comfortable and can recommend it to everyone. The team was very professional and friendly. I would come again and again.

I had lipo to my legs , arms and stomach with fat transfer to my bum and hips in January 2023 My experience was not great unfortunately. I was looked after whilst there but made to feel a burden when things didn’t go to plan . I stayed in a hotel about 20 mins from the hospital where I was assured I’d get regular nurse aftercare . Dr kerim also visited me there but they seemed more concerned about the hotel sheets being covered in procedure blood and fluids then my post of concerns , I had to keep washing them myself so not to let the hotel stuff know. After surgery I woke up with incisions on the front of my thighs , instead of the discrete location of the groan where they should have been . I now have permanent scars which will stop me from wearing a bikini confidently again . I also have a lump on the right side of my stomach which again I’ve been told Is permanent. I advised my surgeon that I had a very leak and sore knee so best to avoid around my lipo , but he did the area anyway which lead to huge problems after surgery and I’ve not been able to walk on it properly. I have struggled with pain in my hips and bum area since my op but I thought this was normal . It’s almost a year and i experience the worst burning pains when laying on these areas . I have been told I have permanent nerve damage possibly due to the surgeon going to deep into the tissue . I have not been able to sleep through the night without strong medication since . I have tried to get advise from dr kerim and his team but they have NOT been very unhelpful , they said it’s been almost a year and it’s not their area . They are not willing to take any responsibility what’s so ever !
I was really happy with my shape to start despite all the problems but that has also now started to change. My hip dip on one side has returned .
All This will likely effect me for the rest of my life

Jag kan bara berätta att det var den bästa jag har gjort i hela mitt liv att bli opererad i Istanbul hos dr. Kerim, dr. Elif och hans team. Jag opererades för jag har 5 barn. Jag åkte med min mamma. Vi blev hämtade på flygplatsen som körde oss direkt till hotellet. Hotellet var så rent, vi bodde på 16 våningen som hade wowww utsikt. Frukost var så god, det fanns olika variationer av mat. Vi blev hämtade på hotellet som körde oss till sjukhuset för operationen. Jag var inte alls nervös för att jag har läst mycket om dr. Kerim och hans team och vilka resultat han gör. Innan operation kom både dr. Kerim och dr. Elif in i rummet för att fråga mig vad är det de kan göra för mig. Vi gick genom konsultation och jag kände mig ännu säkrare och tryggare efteråt. Dr. Elif har så stor empati hon gav mig sitt nummer, om jag hade några frågor så skulle jag ringa henne. Min mamma berättade för mig när operationen var klar och de körde mig in i rummet att dr. Kerim kom och förklarade så bra och så noga att operationen hade gått jättebra och att han var så nöjd med resultatet. Bara det han gjorde för min mamma jag tackar dig hjärtligt mycket. Du har stor empati, respekt, tålamod både för patienten och anhöriga. Jag stannade 2 dagar på sjukhuset för jag fick blodtrycksfall då jag har i vanliga fall låg blodtryck. Jag fick 6 drän. Jag hade lite ont av drän och magmuskler för de är sydda. Sjuksköterskan Nor tog hand om mig. Så snäll och omtänksam. Tack Nor. Hon såg till att jag åt för jag var i behov av energi. Fick 2 påsar blod, dropp, de tog prover, blodtryck, puls, saturation, jag kände mig trygg. Jag kände mig att jag var lyssnad. När jag blev bättre körde de mig till hotellet.
Där på hotellet fanns Deniz sjuksköterskan som tog hand om mig dagligen. Byte förband, hjälpte mig att duscha, förklarade vissa saker så bra för mig. Du är rätt sjuksköterskan på rätt plats. Du är så underbar person både inifrån och ut.
Vi stannade i Istanbul i en vecka. Sista dagen när vi skulle till flygplatsen jag hade så ont av drän och kunde knappt gå. De människor som jobbar på flygplatsen är så underbara och förståndiga. De hämtade mig i rullstol och körde mig hela vägen till flyget. Jag kände mig som en prinsessa. Annars vet jag inte om jag hade klarat mig att stå och vänta i kö med mina 6 drän.
Nu har det gått 6 veckor. Min mage är wow. Den mage som jag har nu efter operationen hade jag inte ens när jag var 18 år. Jag kan se nu min höftkulan, min midjan har fått woww form.
Jag tackar Gud att han gav mig sådan positiv inställning, att han gjorde att jag kände mig trygg. Sedan vill jag tacka till en fantastiskt kirurg läkaren dr. Kerim och hans underbara fru dr. Elif. Du har underbar team som alltid svarar på frågor och som vill hjälpa till. Definitivt skulle jag rekommendera dr. Kerim. Stort tack till er alla!!

I came to Dr Kerim Unal for a Breast Reduction & lift. The service I received was phenomenal from start to finish. Dr kerim & Dr Elif made sure I was 100% comfortable before the surgery and gave me a full in-depth consultation. After surgery I was checked on by many nurses and again by dr kerim who informed me how the surgery went. I spent one night in hospital before returning back to the wonderful 5 star hotel. Once in the hotel I had the loveliest nurse who checked on me twice a day, gave me medication, helped me shower & changed my dressings. Dr kerim also came to visit me whilst in the hotel to check everything was fine before I travelled back to the UK. I understand travelling for surgery can be a scary thing to do, also finding the right surgeon is also very hard but please take my advice. Dr Kerim & his team are amazing and I couldn’t recommend him enough- my results are unreal already! Thank you so much again, I will be returning 💗

I had a great experience with dr Kerim Unal and his team. From the moment I checked into the hospital they made me feel super comfortable and reassured when I was nervous. The rooms at the hospital are really nice so it’s been a really pleasant stay. I really appreciate all the nursing staff they’re amazing. Dr Unal was really warm and welcoming and listened to all my concerns. He did a great job, would definitely recommend!!

The experience was amazing 5 star service. We were picked up from the airport taken to the hotel. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We were then picked up from the hotel in the morning and were greeted by Nurse Nur who took my pictures and explained the process she was very professional and answered all my questions. I then met Dr Kerim and Dr Elif who did my consultation and explained what was required. After surgery I was looked after by nurse Nur she met all my needs and changed my dressing she was always popping in to ask if I needed anything and my surgery went amazing I was so happy with my results. Dr Kerim achieved the look I asked for he’s very much a perfectionist, I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. I had a very positive experience with Dr Kerim and his team very happy I went with him.

I went off recommendation for dr kerim unal. This was my first ever surgery and i booked in for breast reduction and uplift i was travelling with my friend who was also getting surgery with dr kerim on the same day. As you can imagine i was very nervous but when arriving to the hotel i immediately felt more comfortable as the room was really nice and spacious. I had a message from dr kerim telling me i was going to be picked up at 6:30 am to be taken to hospital. So on the morning we got the transfer with 2 other people who were getting surgery we went straight in to have pre op photos done and then took straight to our rooms. Just after the nurse came in and put a cannula in my arm and took some bloods this was all done by around 7:30 am so i was thinking great its quite speedy. She said the results should hopefully be done by 9am and dr kerim will come to do my consultation and to take the payment. So off she went, I then didn't see anyone at all for 7 hours straight baring in mind i was told to not eat or drink anything from midnight before. My friend was in the room next door and they had already given her her consultation hours before where they marked her up for operation at this point i was stressing a little thinking they had forgotten about me. She text me when she went down at 1:30 so i knew it was going to be at least 2/3 hours before it was potentially my turn (as this is how long he said her surgery would be). One hour later dr kerim comes into my room asks if I'm ready for surgery gave me the quickest consultation ever took the payment and 15 minutes later i was being taken down for surgery. I was wheeled into a room where i could see two separate people being operated on, something i didn't want to see especially being my first ever op. I didn't even see dr kerim before i was put to sleep other than my consultation. It was my first surgery i was very worried and it would have been nice to see a familiar face especially the one who was doing the operation. When i was back on the ward the nurses at the hospital were so rude i was again just left, no one came to ask if i was ok, if i wanted a sip of water, food or anything. Few hours later a nurse puts 2 pots down and told me to eat and drink what was in the pot which was disgusting. There was one particular nurse who made everything seem like a problem constantly tutting and huffing and puffing. My cannula in my hand had started to bleed back through into the tube and was really uncomfortable i asked if she could give me some pain relief or take it out. She came back with pain relief but because of the blood she couldn't get it into my hand to which again she huffed and puffed so another nurse came in to change over the wires and once the vial had run out she came back to take both of them out of my arm. The rude nurse came back not long after with my lunch to which she shoved it on the sink with the lid still on even though my table was over my bed so i had to struggle to get up and lift and put it on the table. An hour or so later the original nurse i saw on the first day who did my blood tests come to change my dressings and said i will be going back to the hotel in an hour which i was glad. She immediately asked me to write him a review to which i waited until now as i hadn't even finished the whole experience yet. My overall hospital experience was awful and i was glad to be back in the hotel. There is a nurse who comes everyday to check and help me shower who is lovely and really helpful if i had her from the start to finish my experience would have probably been a lot different. Overall i would rate everything a 2/3 stars my breasts are yet to heal so far they look good so i am pleased with the result but from the care of dr kerim and the nurses that is what made my overall experience not good.

I booked upper blepharoplasty, breast augmentation and rhinoplasty with Dr Kerim.

Last minute I opted not to have rhinoplasty and the surgery were not pushy and very understanding.

The transfers from the airport to the surgery were fine, on time with no issues.

You are communicated throughout your stay via whatsapp and kept informed about appointments and any arrangements.

The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s a bit out of the way of the surgery and central Istanbul.

On the day of my surgery I was waiting a while for bloods and to go into theatre. I felt the communication here could have been slightly better as to the time I would be having my surgery.

I had a consultation with Dr Kerim and Dr Elif on the day and they listened to my expectations.

I struggled with the communication with the staff in the hospital. I used google translate as much as I could which helped. When I was wheeled down to theatre I wasn’t told I was being given the anaesthetic and just remember coming back around. I think this needs to be communicated.

After discharge I was looked after by the hotel nurse who was very good. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.

Dr Kerim and Elif visited the hotel before I travelled home to complete the final check up. They are a really nice couple.

I had overpaid on my surgery however I was refunded the amount as promised via bank transfer.

Overall I am happy with the experience and my results so far and I’d recommend Dr Kerim, if I was to consider surgery in the future I would use them again.

This practice has everything in order, from the moment of arrival at the airport to departure home, everything is taken care of on time. I had breast uplift and implants with Dr Kerim this month. I initially wanted bigger but I listened to his judgement and chose implants to suit my frame. Dr Kerim is highly skilled and knows what he is doing so trust his judgement :)

The hotel you will stay before surgery is stunning and Kerim's sister is a nurse who will care for you there when you leave hospital.

I would advise you take someone with you for this surgery as it is hard to lift etc. I would also advise taking your own cocodamol for the hotel room. I would advise purchasing a pregnancy pillow for sleeping at home after :)

If you're thinking about getting surgery with Dr Kerim go for it! I am the most worrisome shy person and he and his wife are so lovely.

I have recently returned from Istanbul after having rhinoplasty I am absolutely over the moon with my results the whole experience was amazing from the transfers to the hotel to the hospital, the recovery hotel is absolutely beautiful and the nurse comes to check on you every day after you have been discharged from the hospital. Dr Kerim is amazing at what he does and his wife Dr Elif was also very helpful she responded very quickly to any questions I had also nurse Nur who takes care of you whilst in the hospital was lovely and very friendly. Over all a great experience and if I was to every consider anymore surgery I would definitely return here.
