Докато имаха свестен специалист при себе си всичко беше прекрасно при мен - отношението, внимание към детайла, подход и ИЗКЛЮЧИТЕЛНО КАЧЕСТВЕНО ОБСЛУЖВАНЕ. Макар със стара апаратура имах много добри резултати и всичко вървеше перфектно. След като ми беше сменен козметикът всичко отиде по дяволите - вместо да спре растежа той се върна, кожата ми беше груба, стандартно почистване на лице - ами след 3 часа имах вече черни точки(или по-точно не са били махнати изобщо добре), слаба светлина на уреда за поддръжка на лаз. епилация, неопитен за мен персонал. Поисках си парите обратно, шефката се опита да ме разубеди. Разбрах, че няма да ми ги върне сигурно и кръв да повръща пари не връща….66лв макар и малко пари за две процедури на мишници изгоряха, но аз повече няма да се върна при тези …”експерти”. Арогантни, лакоми, не те оставят да говориш толкова, колкото те да ти плямпат сума ти и думи стига да те убедят на тяхното и не връщат пари…една дума - НЕ!

Simply worst ever fraudster she is. Scammer and totally unprofessional just a money making machine I wish I could actually reveal people about her cruelty level. Please don't ever go to her and don't waste your hard earned money. Zero results with sky rocket costs of treatment.

This service is great... until it isn't. I was subscribed to an automatically shipped Rx product. I couldn't remember what my subscription was, so I logged into my account and there was nothing there under "My Subscriptions". I then got an email confirmation email about an order they auto-fulfilled WITH NO PRIOR WARNING ahead of time that they were filling it. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION THAT I CAN'T SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE? When I contacted them, they said I was on a legacy subscription and it was a "bug" for why I couldn't see my subscription. They refused to refund my money, even though they fully admit it is a bug that caused my subscription not to show, continuously citing their "policies".
