There was excellent communication and a clear understanding of what I was looking for in the project. The images turned out as excellent as I could have wanted. Kimo was easy to work with. The service was great. Kimo and Rou were polite and professional and the photos came out really well and the turn around time was awesome. I only give 4 stars because the initial photographer flaked right before the job, so we weren't able to get the specific shots we wanted and there was a frustrating miscommunication issue at one point, HOWEVER, Kimo and Rou did their best to make it right, definitely would rehire specifically because Kimo went out of his way to try to make things right for us!
