Would not use again. Poor communication, and frustrating to show items in stock if you don’t have them in stock.
Love to review the product, but not received yet. Reviewing due to receiving a request for my feedback via email.
As for the experience, ordered on Wednesday based on the website offering guaranteed next day delivery. Checked I was within the cutoff, and placed the order.
Heard nothing from DSS, so used their chat to query on Thursday - was told it would now be coming on Friday. Got in touch again on Friday to say no tracking received, only to be told they were awaiting stock and it would be shipped on Friday to arrive Saturday. Was then told it had shipped, and I received a tracking number.
This wasn’t working, so towards end of the day, I again questioned DSS, to be told it wouldn’t be picked up until 1730. Finally got working tracking for a Saturday delivery.
Waited in on Saturday, DPD then say they’ve tried to deliver, and we weren’t in. Wrong house, now supposedly being delivered Sunday.
Appreciate the DPD is beyond DSS control - however listing items as in stock, and available for next day delivery is very much in their control. If you don’t have the stock, don’t show it as in stock. If there’s a delay with delivery, at least let your customers know. It will save them waiting in without a clue as to what’s going on.

We fully recognise that we fell short in this instance. The lack of proactive communication around the included extras, as well as the way your return request was handled, is not in line with the level of service we aim to provide — particularly for a purchase of this value.
You should not have needed to chase key elements such as the A2CofC course or other services, and we apologise for the frustration this caused.
