I've had an amazing time using…

I've had an amazing time using Dropified, these past few months.

This product import and order automation system really works! The growing number of features being added provides assurance for the road ahead and the changing landscape of the ecomm industry.

The team behind the app are also very helpful, I recently had the pleasure of receiving support from Kevin who helped with my Plan upgrade. Really nice chap.

Helpful and Kind

The chat feature is not always open, but it is so helpful that I set a reminder to come back to my question when it is. Greg is always generous with information and never seems overwhelmed, rude or frustrated with my requests.

Greg in tech support was prompt, accurate and extremely helpful. I have been a Dropified Customer since 2016. Chase Bowers is an honest, hard-working software as a service provider. His training is top-notch and easy to follow. If you are part of Dropified Black, you know that the COVID situation has made the supply chain unbearable. e-commerce integration all under one roof…

I’ve been involved in e-commerce since 2005. Used several different platforms along the way and a huge believer in atomization and integration.
I’m trying to handle different e-commerce platforms and different categories of products under one roof while trying to get rid of the inventory and shipping problems. Bumped to Dropified in 2020 and the integrations they have provided was good enough taking many manual operation loads off my shoulders. I was happy to concentrate on marketing piece rather than tinkering with product handling / shipment etc.
Although I loved the integrations when they had by 2020 now I actually adore them what they have introduced by 2022.
If you do not want to search for all the integrations with different plugins or tinker with other atomization tools Dropified provides them all under one roof.
Specifically if you’re playing with WordPress and eBay and searching for products to sell along the way; give it a shot.
For those who are involved in PLoD products, don’t think twice…

We LOVE Dropified and HIGHLY recommend!!!

My business partner and I started a health and wellness company called Body Bailout. We use Dropified's Private Label On Demand service to provide branded supplements to our customers. Our experience with Dropified has been nothing short of spectacular. The app is incredibly user friendly, and it integrates seamlessly into our Shopify store. The product quality is amazing. Our orders are fulfilled and shipped quickly. Communication is always very timely. Our point of contact, Greg, is FANTASTIC. He is always willing to help us and answer whatever questions we might have. Our customers love the products, and we couldn't be happier. We look forward to partnering with Dropified for years to come!!

The problem is DROPIFIED don't…

The problem is DROPIFIED don't understand that we are humans and there is always a reason that you can't estimate or calculate while generating your terms and conditions. You are so ready to charge and hide behind your TERMS OF SERVICE. They do changes about the pricing several times in a year but so determined with the terms of services and they don't refund.

We definitely still have pricing alterations and work on different types of packages to determine market fit and what our customers may be looking for. Due to those differences in packages, features and inclusions - the prices can typically reflect that. Our customers are welcome to change plans when new ones become available.

I was lured into their products only to…

I was lured into their products only to find out it was all being discontinued a couple weeks after I signed up, surely they had to know these products were on their way out. I spent money on samples and labels and was out several hundred dollars because of their scam. They ignored my requests for a refund of the samples…entirely ignored me. Buyers STAY AWAY!

Apologies for the very lengthy delay, we would have loved to address your review - but were unaware of your review until now.

Your concerns look to be directed towards the Private Label on Demand platform - as this side of the business is the only side where we actually have direct partnership with suppliers, samples, or product quality. When decisions to discontinue products are made, it is typically reflective of the ability to source ingredients, have optimum freshness dates on current lots, or due to sales volumes near the freshness dates.

From the current team, apologies this had impacted you. Since samples and products sold at the time are fit for consumption - this is the likely reason you were not offered a complete refund. Rather, the team has better abilities to work with you on the software side, versus the fixed costs associated with your samples.

That said, we would like an opportunity to make this right if you are open to it. Please reach out to support@dropified.com. We can discuss the current state of the product lineup, as well as a fair resolution.

Awful app for woo commerce

I have been using dropified for years, but i can't stress enough how bad they are.

Pretty much every week you're goinf to experiment app crashing, orders cannot be accessed, impossible to login to aliexpress without vpn, adress not updating on aliexpress, payment not updating, tracking not updating automaticly like it should to, error 503, etc...

When i complained, support answered me that i was already paying less than other people, and that they would not refund me anything even after they admit the app was not working properly.

They will never take any responsability for anything, someday they say it's because my website, an other day it's because aliexpress, luckily, it's never their fault.
